Very good size guide on website. Product arrived quickly. I ordered fleecy trousers which look great and are really warm. Already 2 of my friends are planning to order them too.

Great experience, quick delivery. Super cozy trousers now the weather is changing.

I felt very well informed about the delivery schedule and they actually delivered earlier than promised. The product is fantastic. Exactly as described and cant wait for the weather to get colder :) i dont actually meant that!!!

Although it took a couple of weeks from my order to delivery, the trousers are worth the wait. They're a great fit, including being long enough and will be wonderful to put on after swimming in the colder months.
When I contacted customer services, responses were prompt and answered my query

Excellent service, fast delivery.
Really pleased with all items

The pants were shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. I tried them on over a pair of pants and they will work perfectly. The length is as stated. I can’t wait to wear them

Excellent product fast shipping website easy for ordering

Great warm trousers I love the fact that they are waterproof so it is going to save having to layer up when it is wet as well as cold, I would definitely recommend this product

Good fit, warm and waterproof.
I don’t like the reflective strip on the lower legs. But does not stop them being warm and dry just my preference

Pros: Durable and well constructed. These are going to work great doing farm chores this winter. Super happy with the pants and jacket.
Cons: I would size up on the pants. The waist band has stretch but not the leg material. Returns are expensive so get your sizing right the first time.

Fantastic trousers to put straight out the sea . So warm love love them ❤️ really needed two pairs 🤣🤣

Great trousers looking forward to winter!

My lovely daughter in law is an avid fan of yours and it was her recommendation that sent me to your site, we are going cruising to Norway soon and I wanted warm waterproof trousers. They arrived very promptly, sizing perfect and they are fantastic. A very positive experience when so much on line shopping is disappointing. Thank you to your whole team.

Received a free pair of socks along with my order. Really good quality. Perfect for the winter

I recently gave Cuddlr a review whilst feeling frustrated with my experience and the muddle that two orders had become . But, these confusions often unknowingly occur without wrongdoing from either party.
So , an updated review .
I was contacted personally via text and telecon by Mike the CEO . He was friendly and professional and listened patiently as I verbally unravelled the confusion regarding my orders . As this was Friday evening he then promised to put things right on Monday . I am happy to say that he has done exactly that via refunds and hopefully a replacement. Suffice to say I am impressed as Cuddlr must deal with hundreds of orders daily . Also , an explanation for the problems were given , which is great ,as understanding what has happened helps .
So many thankyous to Mike and his team , I shall return beware 🤣

Easy to order, took longer than I expected to be delivered (sent from China despite being a UK company?) but I was kept well informed re delivery. The quality of the clothing is very high & would buy again.

The product took a while to ship but it did make it here in great condition. Pants fit and feel great! Can't wait to wear them this winter. I have already worn the gloves and love them! The hat is soft and warm too.

Well made product, and arrived very quickly from first ordering them

Received today, waterproof trousers. Good quality, size perfect. Very pleased. Waiting for the rain!!
