I ordered Amano shrimp and three types of snails from CUAquatics, and I’m really impressed. Delivery was fast and within the promised time frame.

The shrimp arrived extremely lively, darting around the container, and the snails were healthy and active. After following the acclimation steps, they all went into my tank with no problems.

Ordered wednesday delivered next morning, first time with CU Aquatics and it has been an excellent service. Great price and great products, ordered 5 Amano and seven red as a trial, will definately be using again

All arrived alive and now in aquarium happy n healthy and active

Snails all arrived alive and in good condition. They were posted a bit later than expected but I contacted them and they replied straight away to reassure me. I was worried the snails would be in the post 3 days but was 1 day. They were packaged fragile however packaged not firmly so they could easily be squashed and spill so I am giving feedback for that, to be packaged more firmly. Snails moved in tank within 5 mins. So far so good.

Great service ,quick delivery and on time.....will be using again !

Almost perfect experience!
Sadly didn't receive communication about order being shipped/delivered and royal mail didn't ring so they stayed outside more than 28h in a black box south facing outside. But all alive and jumping!
