They made a wrong a right
I recently ordered online 2 of the bath tub filters and they are great.
Somehow there was a mix up regarding shipping, but once pointed out the mix up they fixed it right then. I appreciate that and plan to order replacement filters when needed from them.

I have been using the shower filters for about 4 years. Recently I purchased the shower head and hand held shower with shower filter included and it's been an absolute hit. Excellent after-sales service. They respond quickly, provide great support, and really know their products inside and out. Shipping is fast, and the products are well-made and easy to install.
