I purchased two filter systems for my…
I purchased two filter systems for my two residences. The faucet that came with them was impossible to install with the parts provided and leaked constantly out of the bottom connection. I went to a parts supplier and he gave me some substitute connectors and teflon which worked. The second one I took a photo of to show that was not the faucet you showed on the display that I purchased. You then sent me the correct one for the second install, but now that I see the new faucet and how superior it is I would like to remove the other one and install this one instead. You should exchange it for the new inferior one I have in the box still. I am a professional kitchen builder for 47 yrs in Manhattan and recommend fixtures to clients all the time. It would be worthwhile for you to back your product so I can give a positive review when asked about a filter. I installed the kitchens in the Trump Tower and President Trumps sister Elizabeth’s kitchen. I did the TV studios and the James Beard Foudation kitchens. So great to have such pure ro water instantly ready. I’ve got the ice maker ready to go as soon as we replace the old fridge. Crystal Quest is always very helpful and quick to respond. I don’t even consider looking elsewhere for what I need as far as water.

Excellent!
I use a single-filter countertop fluoride (and chlorine) filter. The original filter cartridge lasted longer than I had anticipated. When the water began tasting off, I ordered a replacement cartridge, which arrived earlier than expected. It was simple to install (as was the original), and my water is back to tasting great. I feel great knowing I'm safeguarding my and my family's health. Customer service is awesome, though it may be a few hours or a day for a response.

Best Shower Filter
