I always love your work the dice are so well crafted and designs are out of this world. This is my go to website for dice all the time.

As an avid Gamer (both Tabletop and Digital) I recommend Crystal Maggie. The products I got are well made (even the minor defect box I ordered). Everything was well packaged and was delivered in a very reasonable time (shipping time will obviously depend on region though). Customers support was even very helpful when I had an issue of my own making (Be sure to fully explore the site before ordering, you may miss something). Definitely will be throwing more money for MORE GOODIES.

The product were just as pictured!:) The shipping was delayed because they got a lot of orders due to the set's popularity, and they let me know only after I sent an email regarding an enquiry, but they were agreeable and offered me a gift to make up for it. Thank you 👍

The quality of the dice was ok. Nice casting in resin. But for the price I would expect them to be of a slightly higher quality and the delivery time was way too long. For such a small package shipping should be a lot quicker. Finding a better distribution company would improve customer experience.

Dice are beautiful

They were very kind and responsive when I reached out to ask why an order was late. When the order did arrive, the dice weren't of the quality I was expecting, but that is another matter. Their customer service has been very good about answering their emails, being honest, and helpful.

Order came fairly quick and was exactly as pictured in the site.

I have recently got into D&D and love every bit of it! Which inevitably lead me to have a dice addiction. I'm not proud I can admit it. Anyway, with this new found need to get dice I found CrystalMaggie selling a very unique set of D20s. They look exactly as the do on the website and they arrived well packaged and with no hassle at all for me. Tracking was provided and was accurate. I'm a very happy nerd!

Dice are a good quality but are not anything close to the coloration shown on the display images.

Quick, got what i ordered and cheap.

Dice were delivered 2 months after placing the order. Communication was sketchy, but workable. When dice arrived, the gold flake was settled to one side on nearly all of the dice so that when some numbers are rolled, you can't see the flake at all. I was told this is common. I was offered a partial refund to keep the dice or a full refund if I return them at my expense. The other set I ordered did not have the flake, and seemed fine. My daughter did not want to wait another 2 months for a replacement. The anticipation of the dice with the long wait, and poor quality control lead to my rating.
If you need customer service, use the chat and you should get an email response. That email will have a link to the chat, so save it and check back periodically for a response. I did not get notified of communication outside of the initial email.

I bought a die as a present. It was exactly as described and looks great.

I ordered dice 17 days ago, and nothing has arrived. When I track it, it appears to be sitting in Homer Glen, IL at a "partner facility." It's been there for 6 days with no movement whatsoever. I have a USPS tracking number, but the partner facility has not delivered it to the USPS yet. It's ridiculous how long it is taking.

There was a problem with manufacturing the dice, so there was a large delay. Unfortunately I wasn't told this. Had to keep chasing it up and kept being told it would be another week until delivery. After 5 weeks I asked for my money back. Unfortunately this could have been avoided if I was just told what was happening in the first place.

The dice are mostly nice enough. However, for what you're paying for each, you would expect there would be some sort of quality control. Two of the dice I ordered had colors/materials sunk to just one corner and nowhere else. Another one had scratches all over, a deep gouge, and missing paint in the numbers. Pretty disappointed as they were supposed to be gifts.

One dice was damaged but they offered an replacement. Quick and friendly customer support.

Good prices, fast delivery

Took a little time due to shipping, but the dice I ordered are perfect! They're a gift for one of my GM's, and he loves them. They're high-quality and gorgeous. Thank you!
