Very fast shipment, stunning dice.
I went for the petrified wood ones, and they are beautifully carved. I was given punctual info about the delivery and nothing was due at my end regarding customs duties and vat. Customer service is top, too.

I will definitely buy again and suggest the website.

Excellent vendor of polyhedral dice with an eclectic offering. Every set I've gotten from them are beautiful and masterfully crafted. Gemstone dice all of an alluring luster that you can't take your eyes off of, and the resin dice are nice and sharp with dozens of fun designs inside that you can't find anywhere else.
Customer service is also most excellent and I cannot praise it enough. One gemstone set shipped to me had a malformed D6 that didn't roll well; due to it having then gone out of stock, for a replacement they sent me a new gem set of my choosing, free of charge, despite the new set even costing more.

The dice set is fine, I guess. I ordered a custom set of dice as a wedding gift it wasn't the design I requested. I emailed them that it wasn't what i ordered, so they offered a replacement set. I replied that would be awesome and I requested for a different material only if they approved and the proper design. After that email no response and no order/tracking number. I have sent multiple emails requesting an update. I believe I'm SOL and no replacement set will be sent.

Update: They told me to re contact them so I did. All they had to say was "Your order had been delivered. No sh!t I am contacting about a replacement. I've sent 4 emails over the last 4 days regarding this. They also claimed to be a small company, 90% sure they are a mass manufacturing in China and have multiple negative reviews on customer service. Screw this company, such a waste of my time.

Update part 2: They got back in contact with me and are promising a set to be sent out to me. The communication was slow 1 email at a time and at 2 AM EST. Still not the best but better than nothing.

Final Update: changing from a 1 to a 3 star because they came through and I ended up getting a replacement set. I am greatly appreciative they got a new set out in time. They where non-combative about all of this. If you where to use them highly recommend being thorough for a custom dice. None the less thankful for their help even though it was slow.

I just ordered the topaz blast lava glass dice set. They are gorgeous and well made and look better than I hoped. The d4 got damaged during transit but they are sending me a replacement. For that alone I will be ordering from these guys for all my dice.

I was initially nervous buying from them since I heard some horror stories from previous reviewers, but honestly my experience was fantastic. Not only did my dice arrive way earlier than I expected and on the literal day we were having our session 0, but I had messed up my shipping address (thanks apple pay autofill), reached out to them, and they had it fixed within a day. They also had promised to ship me a new set free of charge if the original set ended up going to the wrong location. Will absolutely be purchasing from them again!!

This is my first purchase with Urwizards and I can gladly say this will not be the last. The multi-faceted dice are very well done and the weight feels great to role not to mention the dice look just like the videos and pictures. I highly recommend it.

Amazing dices, with great golden details and beautiful color. They even accepted to send me a specific box I asked, even if it was not mentioned in the options.

I don’t enjoy writing bad reviews, especially when I’ve been a loyal customer for some time now. In the past, I’ve had good experiences with URwizards, but in my latest order for custom dice, I was quite disappointed. The dice set that arrived was a different font AND material than what I paid for, and I wrote a review on their site about my experience (with pictures and everything). Now, what really frustrated me was not just my experience, but that my review was never published, as if I had never written a review at all. I always thought they had good reviews because they were a reliable company, but now I suspect they might just be hiding any negative reviews. I just want to warn anyone who might want to be spared a wasted $80.

UPDATE: URwizards reached out to me a month ago and offered a refund plus to remake my order. While I am still waiting on the refund, I DID just receive my custom dice and they were exactly what I ordered this time, which I am very happy with. I truly do love URwizards' products and quality, so as I said previously, this experience took me by surprise. Still, I am very grateful.

Ordered electroplated obsidian (dragon scales) dice $87. Got them and they have problems with the electroplating. They are black on black on many dice - makes them very difficult to read. Anyway, contacted them. I asked for a replacement, then they asked if I wanted a replacement...? I said yes and didn't hear back. FYI, they are Chinese-made and sent from there so they take a while to receive.
Update 12/3/24: Thank you for writing and for the tracking number.
Update 12/4/24: I just received the replacement order. Unfortunately, the new dice are still very hard to read some of the numbers because the electroplating is too dark in places. The design and concept of the dice is excellent but the electroplating not consistent. Thank you for resending but I’d prefer a full refund.

Many free gifts!

Ordered two sets of dice, both arrived damaged in some way. The metal set was dented and full of random chunks of metal, and the crystal set was chipped in the corners. I emailed their support immediately after they arrived, its been two weeks, and I still haven't heard back.

I am very happy and pleased with my purchase.
Although the shipping time is stated to be about 4-5 weeks, my order was here in about 2 weeks.
I bought a wooden box and a set of gemstone dice and WOW they (both) are beautiful.
The weight, the finish, the carvings… these dice are a piece of art.
Packaging was more then enough to guarantee a safe travel and they even threw in a extra (Resin) Dice as a gift - very sweet :)
One of my dice had a very little chip on one of the edges, but i can live with this minor fault.
These are real stone dice, so little imperfections like this can always happen, and i personally don’t mind.
Will definitely by again ☺️

I am completely unhappy with the dice. They are lightweight, like plastic. One side of the die is solid black, like a stand for the object inside that was supposed to be holografic. The dice seem cheap, not resin or acrylic. I emailed several times about returning for a refund but no answer. Ended up going past the 14 day limit to return, did not send them because I suspect I wouldn’t have gotten a refund or the dice back.

These dice are worth their price, they're beautiful and have a very good finish. What's more, customer service is impeccable. However, I'd like to add that all the photos on the site are taken with good lighting and under advantageous conditions, so I can only advise you to look at the photos taken by buyers on Etsy.

The stone fluorite animal crossing dice have outlasted stone dice from other sites.

They 100% *will* give you custom sets (I play classic L5R/WoD and require 10D10s) just message them directly!

The box turned out how I wanted and the dice are beautiful. The engraving on the box is detailed and clear and the box itself is well made. However if you are ordering these as a gift, I would recommend placing the order well in advance. I placed the order on June 26th and got it on October 4th. The wait time is long but overall I am pleased with the box and the dice.

The person behind the website was very respectful and helpful. I wanted to make an alteration to the item described on the website, and they were extremely accommodating, and the end result was fantastic

Not only are the dice beautiful, but the bag they come in feels very nice and of high quality, and the provided storage case is very convenient.

The set I bought for myself was random premium set gambling-like one and I got pink crystal glass set - my fault initially as I misbelieved it would be gem and didn’t read the fine print but it’s still gorgeous!

Gift sets were perfect for loved ones and exactly as advertised. Obsidian set rocks! Pun intended.

Don’t order from them please, I ordered a $75 set and never received them. I am emailing them every few days but they are not responding. They responded to the first email and said had the wrong address but I checked and they did not so I requested they send them again. No response. I asked for them to just respond and got no response. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau soon if they won’t help. Sadly my order is on a gift card so there is little I can do to get the money back. I am so angery I could Barbarian Rage.

The customer service is so nice and the products are amazing. Just go for it. Seriously.
