Crystal Car Shipping Anmeldelser

I was really stoked by the customer service that this company provides! Derek helped me even when he was off and I got my car earlier than expected. Super happy

Christopher was great and keep me informed on the cancellation of the initial driver and delays.
What I was not pleased with was the 50% price increase for the second transporter!! In the future I will have more time to pick up any vehicle in the South East by myself, for way less money.
Other than that, Christopher did a good job and the trucking company as well.

Chad Mendoza was awesome and of great help. My car got shipping on time and ahead of schedule. Great job!

This was my first time shipping my car and I’m glad I went with crystal car shipping! Tina was very nice and responsive to all the questions I had.

I checked online for a quote to cross the country with my car. I got so many calls and emails that I was overwhelmed after a few days. I went with Crystal Car which wasn't the cheapest but the broker I worked with, Amelia seemed trustworthy. She stayed in communication which is what I wanted. She told me how much the end price might change from the quote and was right about that. It made things a lot easier for me to deal with Amelia since my move was stressful enough, I didn't want to worry about the car. Or worry about the low quotes that turned out to be big lies when the contracts came to me. I have already recommended her twice and will continue to do so. Try Crystal Car for your move!

This company appears to be the only one I have found that prides itself in doing a good job. Others do nothing but try and get me to sign a contract and pay upfront fees. Wayne In particular went above and beyond helping me through difficult issues. I will never use another transport company to move my autos.

Excellent service. Picked up and delivered car on time as promised. No hassle. No damages. 1800 miles. Got my car delivered in 2 days.

Pleasure doing business with Derek Hicks at Crystal car shipping. He is knowledgeable, reliable and responsive. Picked up my car as promised and delivered on time. I'll do business with him again.

Connor Santana was absolutely amazing, he communicated throughout the entire process. Will definitely be using this company again.

They were absolutely great!
Car arrived early in perfect condition

would recommend Crystal car shipping company to anyone and we definitely plan to use them again. We worked with Wayne Richards and he kept us informed at all times, and he did everything in his power to make sure our car was delivered on time and for the price of the quote. Also anyone planning to use Crystal car shipping I would recommend asking for Wayne Richards. Thank you so much to Wayne. You deserve a bonus.

Crystal shipping was amazing!! I got them to transport my car in 2 days from initial contact. Christopher was very communicative throughout and helped every way. He even made sure it was delivered and contacted me afterwards to ensure proper delivery. Highly recommend them. Overall very happy and thankful to have my car shipped with no issues.

I needed to move across the country and have my car transported from LA to South Carolina I called Christopher helped me and not only did he give me a promise time but my car was delivered to me 2 days earlier I am so happy and the price was the best I couldn't find anything better than this

Great experience. The car was delivered as scheduled. The driver notified me when he was about an hour away so I knew exactly when to expect him.

They were great to work with and made the process very easy

Great customer service. Wayne worked over the weekend to make sure car was delivered as we needed it to arrive on a tight timeframe. Car even arrived earlier than expected.
