Crystal Car Shipping Anmeldelser

Worked with Max. Once I informed him I was ready, he had a shipper lined up that communicated excellently with the shipper and delivered promptly as promised.

I have been transporting my cars for several years. I was never happy with brokers who are more focused on getting paid than offering good service. All this changed when I called Tina of Crystal Car Shipping. The wonderful care, the incredible service, the constant communication, and the reasonable price were extraordinary Tina’s focus on the details, her ability to connect, to effectively communicate, and the outstanding service resulted in only two days from picking up the car in Miami and dropping it in Baltimore. I strongly recommend this firm. It is the best I have ever experienced. Dr. S.S. Saar

Paula was a breeze to work with! So great, especially in a line of work where I've spoken with some rude, and full out lying personal - she was professional, easy to work with, and very responsive. Highly recommend Crystal Car Shipping and Paula!

I worked worked with Connor who was helpful in navigating a difficult process. He ensured my car arrived at a reasonable price and I would work with him again.

Absolute pleasure to work with and will definitely be using again!!!

A friend highly recommended Crystal Car Shipping. They were the preferred car shipping company for nurses moving from New York to California. Wayne Richards was my representative when I shipped my car (order 9771626). The car arrived on time as promised and safely. Thanks Wayne!

Rowan was awesome to work with! He was very responsive and attentive to my needs regarding my move and timing with shipping the car. Overall very satisfied

Reasonably priced, honest, efficient!

Max was very kind and professional to work with getting our car shipped across the country. I would recommend them again and again. Lowest price and very quick.

Derek was a pleasure to work with. While the price that I paid was not what I was originally quoted he made sure that I received a fair price to ship my car and apologized. He did everything he could to ensure I had a pleasant experience. He checked in with me to ensure that I received my car with no problems. I appreciate his efforts and professionalism.

Avoid at all costs
We had a horrible experience with Crystal. They selected a carrier company that had a known problematic reputation. The carrier picked up the car, but instead of delivering it to the agreed-upon destination, the carrier instead delivered the car to a storage lot more than 5 miles away and would not disclose the location until we paid them. Ultimately we were advised by Crystal to get the police involved to retrieve our car. Despite this experience, Crystal refused any discount or refund of our money.

After months of looking and actually booking with someone else. I believe I made the best choice by switching to Crystal car shipping. They are afterburner and fast and thanks to Derek he helped set up my appointment and get my car home.

I talked to a lot of places before choosing Crystal, and I chose well because my experience could not have been smoother. Once I gave Crystal the go-ahead, they had a driver by the next morning. The price was $50 more than the quote, but even that was still in the lower middle of all the quotes I had gotten. (I was expecting the price to go up a little based on everything I had read about car transport online, so this was already factored into my budget. I probably could have waited for a driver to match the initial bid, but I was getting instant, overnight delivery so I felt the price was more than fair.)

The car showed up the very next day as promised after a 660 mile trip! And it showed up at exactly the time it was promised. Even better, there were only three cars on a single-level trailer, so no oil or anything dripped onto my car.

The driver was a very kind man, who kept me completely in the loop with his ETA.

So yeah, my experience with Crystal was literally perfect. Nothing could have been better!

I had a great experience working the Derek Hicks! They exceeded my expectations. Derek communicated with me on every step of the process. Everything we agreed on turned out to be exactly that (no surprise's!).

They were professional and they handled my car with care they got the job done efficiently and on the same day even though it was last minute notice. I really appreciate them taking the time to work with me to get my situation handled!!

Christopher did a great job on keeping me updated. Unfortunately my shipping date and costs changed due to a driver having to cancel his delivery of vehicles due to a family emergency.
Despite all that , Christopher stayed on top of things. Will use Crystal Shipping again in the future and hope to get to deal with Christopher again.

Connor Santana was our representative with Crystal and did a phenomenal job getting us booked at the lowest price within an hour or 2 of reaching out. He definitely went above and beyond with helping us overcome a challenge we encountered with our driver. Would recommend to anyone looking to book!

Connor helped me with my car transport and explained the process. He was courteous and friendly and always responded quickly to any status inquires. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for help transporting your vehicle.
