Crystal Car Shipping Anmeldelser

Winner!!! Used them twice for trips between California and East Coast cities. Will not even bother with getting quotes from others. Worked with Tina who provided competitive price and great communication throughout process with date options and such. Safe, reliable and stress free. Shipping a car cross country can be stressful especially with everything else going on. However Crystal at least takes the worry about your car away. They are legit and trustworthy operation!!!

I was a bit skeptical when finding a transportation company and googled and found Crystal car . Called in and got quote and for proper follow ups . Once I decided to get on with the deal they were not only professional but extremely caring for me and my property . The driver was extremely nice and easy to work with . The company kept me in the loop as the car was on its way . The timeline was shorter than the expected and I was surprised . The driver dropped the car at the door and then we paid off the balance . The car arrived perfect condition ahead of schedule and after I even got follow up from the company . I couldn’t be happier and couldn’t recommend more as it’s not something easy to do and find when trusting your property to a company . Next time I need I’ll most definitely use them again . For me it was a 5 star rating for sure and hope others have the similar experience I did .

My SUV is shipped from California to Connecticut safely in a week. Connor helped me to get best quotes among multiple shipping companies. Overall experience is good, they offers best rates and best services.

He did good job to communicate me time to time. I would like to recommend Crystal Car Shipping.

Went smoothly after we got our price point fixed.

My transportation coordinator Ms. Lucy Myers was outstanding. From the very beginning of this process she was informative, attentive to my needs and responsive to any questions I had about the process. What was most pleasing was that she was very upfront with costs, timeline and other aspects of the process. My hat is off to your company and the fine employee that you have in Ms. Myers.

Crystal was a great company to work with. I needed help fast when trying to ship a car from across the country. I worked with Wayne Richards, and of the 3-4 times I’ve shipped cars, this was the best experience I’ve had.

Wayne Richards of Crystal Car Shipping was one of dozens of vehicle transport brokers who got in touch after I requested a quote on a 3rd party website. I decided to work with Wayne because I appreciated that he explained the process up front and was transparent about the whole process. He answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond to find a driver very quickly once I was ready. Once a driver was found and I signed the contract, everything went smoothly, and the car was picked up and delivered on time as promised. Thanks, Wayne!

I recently moved from Massachusetts to Florida and i’ll be honest i was very apprehensive and felt like i couldn’t trust anyone. Im not new to having cars transported as I've done it plenty of times but its been used cars I’ve bought at auction and I hadn’t put my personal touches on them yet and had no love and attachment yet but these cars are different. Anyways i gotta say Crystal Transportation and their star Michael Houston changed all that. I’ll be honest dealing with me isn’t easy as I'm super picky particular, i ask a lot of questions and I'm cynical but Michael had all the right answers and had a great deal of patience….honestly I'm surprised he didn’t say listen sir I'm all set why don’t you call another company. Michael was very patient, very respectful very understanding and very helpful from beginning to end.

As far as the actual service they contracted a great transport company with an outstanding driver, i wish I could mention them but i dont think i can since Crystal is a broker if you will so their not gonna want someone reading this and bypassing them and calling the transport Company. Anyway the truck driver that actually transported my cars took the time to unload everything he was carrying just to position my two cars somewhere on his truck that they would have to be unloaded and repositioned anywhere between Massachusetts and Florida (shout out to Rodrigo) Seamless transport all the way and delivered right to my door!

My experience working with Connor at Crystal Car Shipping was very impressive. She helps to coordinate time, budget, and trucking to ship my car from Texas to California in few days! The communication through the planning of pick up and drop off was excellent. Overall, Crystal Car offers the best rate and service, I highly recommended and will use their service again in the future. Thank you Min (driver) for delivery my car.

Great experience with Wayne. Found me a great price and delivered quickly. Highly recommended. A+

Crystal car shipping provided excellent customer service, they were very prompt ( able to arrange shipping within 1 day) and answered all my questions. Phil even contacted me to find out if the delivery went ok. I’m very pleased with this company and the outcome.

Wayne Richards was super helpful and really went out of his way over and over to get my sub shipped. Thanks!

If you’re shipping a car, use this company. AND speak with Wayne Richards. He was so helpful over the phone and was willing to go above and beyond to help me with my car. Honestly, this industry can seem super scammy with all of the calls that you get, and I felt like I could trust Wayne from the very beginning.

Wayne at Crystal Car made the transporting process easy and streamlined. Will use again!

My Crystal Car Provider was Phil and he was super helpful for transporting my vehicle. He was very efficient, communicative, and detail-oriented from beginning to end. The day of my car being picked up, the driver was not able to come due to weather issues. Fortunately, Phil was very responsive and had another driver do the transportation. I would definitely go with this company again in the future!

I searched around and got contacted by many shippers but after speaking with Wayne Richards I knew I wanted to work with him. He communicated very well. Explained the entire shipping process to me and I felt confident with moving forward with him. Everything was easy and smooth. Couldn’t be happier! Thanks Wayne. You made my first car shipping experience a great one!

Working with Crystal Car Shipping was easy and efficient thanks to the help I got from Wayne. He was a great coordinator. The car was picked up in Seattle, WA on a Friday night, and arrived in Santa Fe, NM on Sunday,. I couldn't wish for more amazing timing than that. Wayne was present, efficient and always friendly.

I shipped my car from OH to CA through Crystal Car shipping, received the vehicle is 4 days. Wayne Richards was awesome in finding the best price! I'd definitely recommend them.

I needed my car shipped the same day. I thought it was going to be really expensive. Crystal Car Shipping was AMAZING! They sent the quite over, I filled my part and the sent me a driver! Even the driver was professional n polite! I recommend this company for your shipping needs!

Rowan really helped me through out the entire process even when the driver cancelled a day before pick up, he found me another driver for the same day and price. Top notch service will definitely be using crystal car shipping and going thru Rowan.
