Crystal Car Shipping Anmeldelser

Phil Stone was great to work with. My schedule was changing by the day and Phil was able to accommodate. The car shipment was delayed slightly en route due to weather/holidays, but Phil was excellent in keeping me updated.

Tina was great to work with. We booked a shipping before the storm that went through the US around Christmas and Tina was good at chasing down the driver and keeping me informed about the status.

Great service. Cost was reasonable! Very professional service

Michael Houston was great to work with throughout the entire process. Highly recommend everyone to work with him!!!

Connor made this incredibly easy for me. He even negotiated on my behalf to secure me the best deal possible from the driver. Will use again!

Very skeptical when using Car Transport companies because of all the horror stories out there. Glad I went with them. Only issue was the driver didn't call to update me but that was taken care of after I raised the issue. That said, got my car on the scheduled delivery time. A little over my budget but happy with the service.

Tina Ramos is great to work with! Car arrived as scheduled, in perfect condition, on time. Transporter driver was careful and well-mannered. I'd use Tina again if I need another vehicle shipped.

Had to ship my Honda Accord from texas to Florida, had no hassle at all! Connor Santana helped me the whole way! Perfect pick up and delivery! Highly recommend

I worked with Rowan and was pretty pleased. He was generally responsive and hopeful and while there was a slight misunderstanding, I think at the end of the day the action he took went ahead and got me my vehicle sooner, even if at a higher transport price. The driver himself that they used was exceptional and brought a car to me for the last mile!

I had to ship my Subaru to my niece from LA to NorCal and Paula was extremely helpful with how responsive she was to my calls and text messages. Her quote was very reasonable and even though it's pretty tricky to schedule pick-up and drop-off with all the different towing contractors she works with, I appreciate how on top she is with communicating and rescheduling last minute changes.

Michael Houston was wonderful! I didnot have time to look through different price but he tried hard to find me the best deal. Thank u so much!!

I worked with Connor Santana. He was helpful but more importantly honest from the start. He explained the process and gave me a heads up about what to expect. Once the car was picked up driver answered anytime I called and was very friendly. I would definitely use them again and/or recommend.

Michael Houston was a huge help -- there was no availability (during holidays) and a lot of back/forth during a super busy time, but he kept chasing down a driver and getting it scheduled for me. Car got home to me safe and sound.

The experience was great !! Conner was on top of everything and my truck was delivered the next day from pick up !!

I worked with a girl na.ed Tina she was very helpful start to finish. She made the difficult process of shipping my car stress-free. She was always will to answer any questions I had. I would recommend Crystal Car Shipping to anyone who needs a car shipped and ask for Tina.

Excellent service! They picked up my vehicle from the auction same day and delivered earlier than anticipated. Vehicle was delivered exactly as it was picked up with no damage at all. Perfect communication all through the service.
I’ll highly recommend

Great customer service, made sure I was thoroughly satisfied with his detailed explanation, and updated me on the whereabouts of my car.
