Chaos rules, administrative mess
When you apply for an account they ask for a bank statement. So I've sent them a bank statement. Then I receive an answer to that mail, asking to supply a bank statement.
So any chance I trust these people with my money? No way, not even one cent.

Reliable and trustworthy crowdfunding platform
The CrowdPear platform is managed by the same professional team as the marketplace platform Peerberry. I have been an investor on the platform Peerberry for about 4 years. During this time, my investment was handled very diligently and according to the agreed terms. Every withdrawal was honored within 1 business day. Some of my investments were affected by the war between Russia and Ukraine, but these investments are covered by the group guarantee and are paid back according to a communated plan. I am very satisfied with this handling.
So I have the same confidence and trust in the platform CrowdPear. Until now everything goes smoothly and as expected.

untrustworthy platform…
I registered on the platform at the invitation of a friend to qualify for the membership campaign, which would be €25 if I invested €100 and maintained it for 7 days. I did everything according to the terms and conditions, from one day to the next they decided to change the terms and conditions of the bonus and now they say that I am not entitled to this bonus... I would be interested in keeping my money there and starting to invest in the platform and with this I completely changed my opinion and I don't want to have my money on the platform... because if they change the terms and conditions as they please, I don't want to imagine what what they can do with my money on the platform... that's why I don't recommend anyone opening an account on the platform or investing

we identified numerous violations of our "Invite a Friend" program terms and conditions and canceled the limited-time special offer due to fraud.
Under our "Invite a Friend" program terms and conditions, the public promotion of our offer without our consent is not allowed. We found numerous promotional activities in different chats and forums (mostly among Portuguese, Italian, Polish, and Ukrainian users), including instructions on how to participate in the scheme, withdraw the received bonus, and cancel the investment. We can identify all fraud scheme promoters by their referral codes and see other people involved in fraud schemes.
Crowdpear is an EU-level regulated platform, and fraud will never be tolerated.

Zelfde team als Peerberry. Dan verwacht ik dat het goed zit. Een half jaar geleden begonnen met investeren en voorlopig ziet het er prima uit. Beperkte investeringen mogelijk. alleen Litouwen. Hopelijk groeien ze gestaag en worden meerdere opties aangeboden.

Regulated and trustworthy
Crowdpear is owned by Peerberry, which is my favorit crowdlending platform. AND it is regulated, which makes it more safe. Their website is very manageable.

This is my third RE platform
This is my third RE platform. I had very bad experience with estateguru, so now I am starting with caution. The team is well known with Peerberry, so this is the reason to start.
The bad... the platform withholds 15% tax of your income, but you could reduce it by providing certificate from your local tax authority.
Time for update: secondary market was started a few weeks ago: to be honest... I do not like it due to high service fee - 2%. It should be 0 or max 0.5%(see robocash and esketit), to make the market liquid.

Correct, if you are a tax resident of a country where Lithuania has a double tax treaty exemption agreement, you can reduce the withholding tax to 10% or even 0% (depending on the country). We recommend you to provide us with the DAS-1 before the first interest payment.
It is important to note that there is no withholding tax for clients – companies registered in EEA.
