The rest has this message: "The payment scheduled for 2021-XX-XX has not been received. We continue to act according to the debt collection procedure."
THEY DON'T DO ANYTHING TO COLLECT THE DEBT AND PAY, HAD TO EMAIL TWICE, AND THE ANSWER WAS THE SAME AS IN THE INVESTMENT UPDATE. AWFUL DO NOT BUY TICKETS TO FUND THE PLATFORM ITSELF.

Super Plattform, bei mir läuft es exzellent mit den Projekten. Weiter so!

Llevo 1 año invirtiendo, la experiencia es positiva pero han habido muchos retrasos en general. Le pongo 4 estrellas porque a pesar de que hubo retrasos, al final terminaron pagando todos los proyectos hasta ahora incluyendo los intereses devengados por la mora. Gracias, de momento seguiré invirtiendo en crowdestor.

Buen portal de inversión. Aún y tener algún problema con un préstamo, al cabo de 60 días hemos recuperado la inversión.
Hay mejores, pero para diversificación es muy correcta.

Insane rates. That's why 80% projects are late !!! When companies can't repay, they borrow a second loan (round 1, round 2...)

I started to invest on Crowdestor approx. one year prior to the Covid-19 pandemic and at the beginning everything ran smoothly without any delays. Then Covid-19 occured and of course, crowdestor's portfolio came severly under stress. But when investing in projects with double digit returns in the area of 20 to 30 percent it should be obvious to every investor that these are high risk investments that are not resilient to a global economic downturn. However, since the mid of this year it appears to me that Crowdestor and their borrowers are consistently getting back on track. I had two long overdue projects that were repaid. A few weeks ago, some other projects started with weekly repayments again that are payed without any further delays. Hence, I think that crowdestor is doing a decent job in the background.
BUT they should definitely improve their communication with their investors about the projects' current status! Personally, I do not demand a monthly new update on every project in case there are no new developments. But in their communication always some deadlines are pointed out until whilch a defined action will be taken. However, one can be sure that this deadline will not be met in most of the cases. And at a certain point this is nothing more than annoying...

They dont seem to even care about getting an overdue borrower to pay back the loan. Almost no communication and no updates. Nothing. The recovery plans are totally false. They dont seem to take any steps to collect the money like a court order to pay. Because of these practises the investment Volume was down 50% yoy. Now the owner is trying to sell Crowdestor overpriced on the platform. Dont buy these tickets! Stay clear of this platform!

Muy mala plataforma, porque aunque ponen informacion, he notado que casi todos los proyectos en los que inverti, sufren retrasos,menos mal que lo hice con pequeñas cantidades entre 50 y 100 euros.
Pero de un total de 1100 euros, solo recupere, 200 y pico, el resto está pendiente de cobro, osea practicamente el 80 x ciento del total.
Entiendo que les ha pillado el covid, en proyectos de restauracion, pero no se escapa nada, ningun tipo de proyecto queda a salvo. Decidi hace bastantes meses no poner un euro mas en esta plataforma, y si puedo recuperar aunque sea parte de la pequeña inversion a traves del mercado secundario, (aun perdiendo algo del capital principal).

Plataforma credível mas fraca na recuperação de créditos.

I have invested in dec 2019 in 8 different portfolios. Only 1 paid back. When Corona hits, naturally you think everywhere is bad. But you expect constant communication from the P2P platform on actions taken. Early this year, there were some and it's always we will inform you next month for more update and it will be a few months before they email any updates. And it has been again many months since the 7 outstanding portfolio have any updates. All these are supposed to be paid back between August to December 2020. And there has been in total only between 1-3 'update' communication until now.

Don't believe all the positive reviews you have read from bloggers. You can buy and pay bloggers even as they claim they are not paid.

Of course not all projects are up to date, but high % mean high risk. If you are not aware of this simple rule wouldn't invest. Also remember to do your own due diligence. It's a start up and if you expect everything is perfect i would invest else where. Thing's to improve but my XIRR is ok at the moment.

Ich habe mich auf ein Gespräch mit einer Person eingelassen, die sich schon sehr lange mit crowd lending beschäftigt und das war sehr wertvoll. Ich habe mir einen Account auf crowdestor (trotz schlechten Bewertungen) angelegt und durch diese Person gelernt, dass es auf die richtigen Projekte ankommt.
Natürlich war auch bei mir Skepsis vorhanden, aber ich habe den Schritt gewagt und mein erstes crowd lending Projekt bei crowdestor begonnen zu unterstützen.
Nach ungefähr 2 Wochen habe ich bereits einen ersten kleinen Bonus auf mein wallet erhalten und fristgerecht nach dem ersten Monat meine versprochenen Zinsen. Bisher bin ich sehr positiv eingestimmt und freue mich auf weitere Auszahlungen.

Durch die eigene Auswahl guter Projekte eine unschlagbare Rendite im Crowdfunding-Bereich!

After a horrible experience during COVID, crowdestor recovered really well. Almost all my projects were 90+ days delayed, but years later it looks like I will lose only a few %. Still negative, but crowdestor worked hard in court to get most of the money back.

Dont want to bring the bad news, but this platform is over, sell and withdraw...

21 von 32 Investitionen befinden sich im Verzug. Einige seit gut einem Jahr. Es gibt definitiv besser P2P Plattformen.

Anche se non sono truffatori, eviterei la piattaforma. Gli investimenti in crowdestor sono ad altissimo rischio e ciò comporta il vedersi la maggior parte dei propri soldi bloccati poichè le aziende non sono in grado di ripagarli. Ci sono migliori piattaforme di P"P Lending con rendimenti comunque buoni ma che garantiscono di riavere il capitale.

Über 90% Ausfälle...

Auch werden Kredite ohne eurer Zustimmung verlängert. Rückzahlungen gibt es selten und Transparenz tendiert gegen 0.

Fraudestor wäer wohl der bessere Name.

Vor allem Janis Timma belügt die Investoren von Woche zu Woche. Viele Kredite werden schon Jahre lang nicht zurück bezahlt. Ausreden gibt es viele. Jeder arbeitet anscheinend gegen sie. Total heftig. Aber man muss sich nur die Zahlen anschauen und weiß, dass man hier fast nur verlieren kann.

Wer jetzt noch investiert, ist selber Schuld
