A pretty bag
My bag arrived fairly promptly and was well packaged which was good as it was bought as a gift.
The bag was well made and attractive but the colours in the advert were more subtle than the real life item.

Great service and quality ties
From choosing a tie and matching pocket square to the delivery and finally the beautiful print and fabric quality has been so easy and impressive. I chose the William Morris wild strawberry in green abd I will certainly purchase again.

According to our records, the item was dispatched as expected, but unfortunately it appears that Royal Mail has lost the parcel, which is something we genuinely regret despite being outside of our control.

Fantastic company
Fantastic company, tie turned up beautifully presented in a really nice box, and the tie is lovely too! I didn't want a silk tie as I don't buy silk, so the cotton alternative was fantastic, still looks just as smart. There were some delivery issues due to Royal Mail being daft right before Christmas, Crossrow were on it before I even knew there was an issue with constant updates and what to do if this or that happens, new time lines and reasons for etc. If only all companies were this communicative - thank you! You have set the bar high!

Their webpage is very good. The product arrived lovely wrapped, tie itself is very nice. Delivery was not fastest but it arrived in time for Christmas so it does not matter.

We sincerely apologize that the delivery wasn't the fastest. We ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which is designed to take 2–3 days, but we know Royal Mail is currently struggling with high volumes. The ties I ordered were fabulous, lovely quality and the same colours as they looked online. Two did not have swing labels, I queried this in a polite email and the next day some labels arrived 1st class. Excellent customer service, friendly and helpful. I have already ordered again.

Easy to order and a really nice tie. Good quality. Not worn yet as it’s part of a Christmas present. I’m sure the recipient will appreciate it. It’s one of the William Morris range for someone born and brought up in Walthamstow the home of the man himself.
