Wished I'd checked Trustpilot before placing an order but you expect such a well-known brand to be professional and reliable. How wrong I was.
Placed an order and within a few hours it was cancelled without any explanation, had to go through their useless chatbot to find out it was due to no stock, yet the item is still showing as available in a variety of sizes and colours. Why allow people to place orders if you don't have the stock?? Absolute joke of a website and company. Surely with how frequently this is happening, they should not be allowed to have an online store.
Now I have to wait days to receive my refund even though they manage to take the money straight away. Glad I paid with Paypal so I can least open case if I don't receive anything.
Worst experience ever…
The order was cancelled with no explanation and the item was still available several days later on the website.Contacted customer service who reassured me that the item was out of stock but now back in stock and I should order again. Stupidly I did and it was cancelled again. Never ever I buy from thick company again.

What a terrible 2 days I’ve had with this company. Cancelled 2 orders with no explanation. Then when I called they said must have been out of stock… so why are you still advertising it as available? False advertising. Complete charlatans running the business. When businesses like this go into administration then they wonder what happened scratching their b****s. Fix your stupid website and do better.

Ordered crocs for a present for them to be cancelled.. finally got through to someone and have said I will not get a refund until 7-14 business days!! Absolutely disgraceful.

Cancelling orders!!
Tried buying Crocs today 3 times now, 3 times my order was cancelled but money is obviously blocked in my account. Talked to an agent to find out it's due to delays between warehouse and website updates on product out of stock. But I've tried 3 different colours and apparently all out of stock (still available online!) - got advice to try again in 24-48 hours as the issue is being sorted. But guess what, their Sale end today.
So it looks to me like they purposely cancelling orders last few days untill sale ends tonight.
Disgraceful, they just lost a customer! I would rather buy non branded clogs for my kids than buy from them again!
Bought a couple of items
Bought a couple of items and the order was cancelled without explanation. The items were still showing in stock the following day, but I decided to pick a different colour just in case and the order was cancelled again without explanation. It appears that I have been charged for both orders - I've been ordering goods online for almost 30 years and normally no charges have been made until the goods have been dispatched.

Ordered & paid online, two days later received a cancellation notice ?? No reason just my order was cancelled, intrigued I called customer services, the agent was as thick as two short planks, utterly dateless and advised “out of stock” must of had stock when you accepted my order ? She then advised a refund would be 5 days ? Are you sending it by carrier pidgeon ? When I paid you it was instant ! Finalising my first Croc experience my phone carrier advised my call cost £1.78, of which I doubt very much I’ll get back, what an appalling company (whom are still advertising my initial purchase as in stock)

Just rubbish
Ordered a pair, money taken, then a few hours later an automated email saying order cancelled. Money to be returned in 5-7 days...you can take the money instantly, why can't you refund it as quickly?
Two days later the same pair are still showing available so had another attempt. Same outcome.
Can see others have had a similar experience. What a joke.
Stole my money!
Ordered crocs and jibbitz and my order was cancelled with no reasoning. Had to message customer services to find the reason was due to stock selling out. The transaction was still pending out of my bank account but I assumed it would bounce back in a few days as that has happened in the past with other companies. I was shocked today to check my banking to find that they have taken my money! They cancelled my order but still took my payment so now I'm down £50! I've messaged customer services before I open a claim with PayPal. They've literally robbed me!
Crocs UK keeps cancelling my orders
I placed 4 orders with Crocs UK on two occasions in a course of 1 month and all 4 orders were subsequently cancelled by them a few hrs later, without any explanation.
Their live chat bot states that this happens if they run out of stock before the order can be shipped. If this were the case, why did their website still list the same items as "in stock" and I was able to place the same order again with more items in a different color. Also, I placed these orders immediately after I received their notification email that the items were back in stock.
I hope at least I will not have to chase them for the refund

I would give no stars if I could. I have just ordered crocs in the sale for my daughter, they took the money from my account and sent confirmation email. 2 hours later my order was cancelled - no explanation given. Once I managed to contact an actual human being was told sometimes this happened when more than one person ordered the same thing! What a useless system, I have never had this on any other site!! I will never order from here again and just hope I get my money back. The stupid thing is the Crocs we ordered are still showing as available online so how many other poor people will fall into this trap!!!! Absolutely useless. Don’t order from here EVER!

Order was cancelled jours after to purchase the chat bot said could be due to no stock but I was able to add to basket on difference they went back upto full price managed to get through to a agent who then just ended chat without me being able to ask or say anything
They put things right
Ordered slippers. A few hours later they cancelled the order.

TBF they then emailed to apologise and gave me a 50% discount which meant I ordered slippers that cost me £11! They're amazing.
Following this I have now ordered some more for my daughter. So I'm happy now.

I purchased my first pair of crocs.i had some issues ,I will be honest it was an absolute nightmare to speak eith a human and the live chat and bots try my patience and send me into a meltdown.
I eventually manage to speak with Vasil Genchev by email.he was swift to resolve my issues I am having and Vasil managed to meet a resolution which we are both happy.i am a difficult customer as I am adhd and autistic and can have serious meltdowns when things dont go to plan or something is wrong.
