Cristian Moretti from China? Really? Pure Italian shoes? Also, waiting for it too long, did not receive yet. If I new they coming from China and it will take so long, I would buy them from other place because I needed them ASAP. Don't even know what quality it will be, afraid to imagine.

I can't give any kind of review because I never received the item that I ordered on September 12 and I ether want what I ordered or my money bavk

You’re horrible at communicating where the product is located and don’t respond to emails. I will not purchase from you again nor will i recommend you to any family or friends

ordered shoes, jumper and shirt! Complete disaster
jumper was wrong size and looked terrible
shoes were not leather as described and looked terrible
shirt was wrong size and not at all as described
trying to get my money back but dont hold out much hope

At no point until after purchase was I informed they would be shipped from China. Ordered shoes about 10 days from when I need them and with only 1 day left it appears they are still in China.

I still haven’t received my order yet. And no one from customer service has responded.

Never got my order and won’t credit my money back. I’ve sent 20 emails to theses people and no response. This company is a scam!!

It's been over 6 days and I'm still waiting on a tracking update. Shame on me for not checking reviews first, but it doesn't look like many people are even receiving their items and there's no option to cancel or update an order online. I'm not even going to try dealing with an email and hoping I get a response once it goes off into the ether.

Hopefully my items arrive, but would love a lot more visibility on the orders and the option to change if things don't go well.

You send me wrong sizes for shoes I ordered and a cashmere sweater and to return them to you the cost of shipping was nearly 3 times the value of the items I ordered since I had to return the items to an address in Italy. This was over 2 months ago. Very poor customer service.

The shoes are not true to size they are to small

I can’t believe I got on this scam. I ordered a backpack a week ago. I never got a confirmation number or email stating when and how I would get my package. The audacity of them taking hard earned money like it’s a joke “shame on you “may God give y’all peace!.
