I have no clue where my order is. I got one email saying it was shipped then one that it was being processed and nothing since.

horrible customer service...glasses broke shortly after purchase and they offered me "40% off on my next pair"...gee what generosity. I had previously bought two pair...won't be buying any more

I ordered my regular size shoe and it was too big. They were hard to get a hold of but they did eventually send me another pair. I really just wanted my money back. It took a long time and I'm not sure if they still would have sent them if I hadn't paid with pay pal and opened a dispute.

You have fake phone number no one answered. It's bad for your business. You don't respond the email messages
You forced wrong items to receive

First, I am displeased that I was fooled into thinking that this would be a genuine Italian product. It is not. However, this would not be a deal breaker if I liked the products once they arived. But to the item(s) specifically, the utter lack of quality blatently apparent upon opening the bag (not a shipping box that would protect a quality product, a bag) had the whole family laughing. I am presented a black "shoe" that only remotely resembles what was advertised. Moreover, a quick glance releaved it to be a cheap neoprene river wader with ultra thin leather stiched to the outside. The brown "Salkin shoe" is only slightly better. While not a leather scrap stitched river wading slipper, the shoe is no less thin and unusable as a shoe. It might make a decent house slipper, but I was not shopping for house slippers. The shoe, and the rubber in particular, is so thin I can pinch through the entire shoe and feel my finger tips against themselves.

The initial return response has been quick, but the steps to complete the return have you contacting different departments and sending pictures, filling out forms that ask for information that isn't available.

I feel cheated.

Edit- the cost to return the shoes is more than the cost to buy them. Return postage is not provided. Returns to this CHINESE company are not financially viable, and they seem to know it. An adversarial business practice to be sure. Do not trust this company.

I bought 3 mink and fox trimmed hats in June, July 28 I received one hat. In the mean time I bought 2 white hats but didn’t get an order number after multiple emails I was told they had no record of my order. My AMX card was charged $108 but even with proof of payment they showed no order. Two months later the two white hats show up. I never receive the two original hats I made no fewer than 20 phone calls never got an answer. I sent 40 + emails to resolve the issue of the missing hats. They insisted they delivered them. AMX
Finally discovered the shipping was false and credited me with the cost 80+ dollars. The time, stress of dealing with these crooks was
A nightmare. Please do yourself a favor and Avoid Cristian Moretti.

Love the styles, however need a bit more info on sizing

I measured my head and purchased the Manchester hat according to sizes. I didn't realize that the products were being shipped from China. I saw the reviews until later and luckily I didn't have any issues with the product or the shipping. I had a pleasant experience. The website lists the product as genuine leather, but the tag says mixed materials. Not sure what kind of leather it is, but it feels and smells synthetic. I am not super knowledgeable on types of leathers so.. best of luck in that aspect.

Love your selection, can't wait to get the hat. My father had a hat almost identical back in the 50s. I'm sure I'll be purchasing more items.

I ordered on 10 15 2025. I just received tonight on 10 29 2025. The 2 coats I ordered Xl are medium. Size 10 shoes sent size 8. Now I going to see how my money can be refunded. I have a feeling this company is a true scam. The only thing that fit were the gloves and baseball hats. I truly think these are not clothes for men. What a horrible ordeal I'm experiencing.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses from this business. I was told my order was delivered and I never received it. I was told I would receive a store credit. I don't understand why my order couldn't be reshipped or replaced.

The shoes I picked were for women not men and I did not receive my whole order. It did take a long time. The hat does not look like what is in the picture. The glasses are cheap plastic. I need to send the boots back because I am a female.

These are the worst shoes I've ever seen in my life. They look nothing like advertised, the sole is so thin you feel the ground. You can stretch the soles with your finger by simply pushing like house shoes . Totally unbearable total waste of money don't buy this crap.
