I have used Cribstar a number of times this year and I just cannot fault their products abs keep going back for more!

The materials are awesome

I have bought from cribstar multiple times , my boys bag we have had over 3 years and still is in great condition ( it has been used everyday since buying) I have recently put a new order in and with the font I choose you couldn’t read my child’s name ( this is my fault) but I contacted Cribstar and was sent a replacement with different font, I am beyond grateful and will continue to buy from here. The bottles are fantastic and 3 different people asked me today when out where they are from indestructible for a 3 yr old too which is a bonus! Thanks again

There is no doubt that the baby changing backpacks are beautiful, they look great. Our insulated bottle pocket broke within the first week of use. Cribstar customer service was great and sent a replacement out immediately. Unfortunately the stitching on the replacement bag is also faulty (hole in the front section!). So I think actually the quality of the bags fabric/workmanship just isn't that good for the £35 price tag. Such a shame.

This is our second order and last time everything was fine.
This time we paid for fast shipping which said 2-3 days.
Its been a week and we haven’t gotten it yet.
Customer service was unpleasant and all I heard was excuses.
Very bad experience and I paid extra for nothing.

Absolutely brilliant bottles and so cute too! We’ve brought ours on holiday for our little girl who is 18 months and it has been a life saver, keeping her drink cold for hours. My only regret is that I didn’t buy my son one too! They both love it!
