Amazing service. When I ordered my sons water bottle I wasn't sure I had done it right. I messaged them and got a response straight away. I recived my bottle within days. Amazing service thank you so much. I will be ordering again.

ordered a personalised water bottle for my daughter and it’s beautiful. it keeps her drink cold for hours & it doesn’t leak which is a bonus. super fast delivery will definitely be ordering again

I ordered the water bottles and insulated food jar personalised. They are such great quality and cute! They keep drinks cold and don’t leak which is amazing! The food jar keep my food cold (haven’t tried the hot yet but I am positive this will be excellent too) so I have ordered two more! What a great company highly recommend

Love the personalised water bottles
Love the personalised water bottles. I’ve ordered them for child’s school bottle and they are perfect. Much better than cheap plastic ones that break all of the time. Orders always arrive quickly. Will continue to order from cribstar in the future as always pleased with products and service.

Sizing is awful
Sizing is awful. Far too small for my son. The quality is also terrible, same for their customer service. Honestly, it's as if it's come from Temu. I wouldn't recommend.

Garbage experience
If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a customized cloud grey bag with a grey font as a birthday gift. I paid $44 for the bag plus $30 for shipping with no option for standard shipping, only 4-5 day shipping and then when it got to my door I had to pay another $30. I paid more for shipping than the actual bag. There was also no warning about another shipping fee or fee in general. Usually with DHL or some other shipping companies they will have a warning that extra fees may be charged but this did NOT. On top of that the name that was embroidered on the bag was hardly noticeable. If I could post a picture I would but there is no option to. When I reached out and explained what had happened they told me there was nothing they could do for me and it was pretty much all my fault and I should have asked them first if grey would look good. When I emailed them back a response explaining why I’d like some sort of reimbursement they stopped replying.
As a business, when you notice that someone is spending a lot of money of something you would think that they would reach out to the customer and let them know doing those colours together would be a waste of money and give the option of changing them. The bag was listed as “cloud grey” the font colour was “grey”. If they’re the same colour then you should post them both as “grey”. The bag came so much darker than shown online.
Waste of time and money. This company’s costumer service sucks. Never again will I order from them. This company is full of excuses, I don’t know how they have the rating they do.

Hi Danielle, I’m sorry but many people order the colour combination that you ordered and none have asked for their money back. It’s a bit of a truth twisting to say the colours are the same so I’m afraid I don’t agree with you on that. Lastly the extra $30 you had to pay was not an extra shipping charge, it’s your local taxes for importing goods, totally out of our control and as with pretty much all online businesses it clearly states in our shipping terms that it’s the buyers responsibility to check this BEFORE ordering. I’m not sure any company would refund you taxes nor would they refund money because you sort of don’t like what you ordered.

Cribstar is always 10/10
I found a Cribstar ribbed set in a bag of hand-me-down clothes from a friend 3 years ago. It was secondhand but the material was still like new and I've been a Cribstar addict ever since! My son has the sets in so many colours. The style and quality means they last way beyond the years shown on the size tag so seem to stick around in the warddrobe forever!
