The staff was very helpful from the beginning of my storage term. The facility is always clean, well lighted, and felt safe.

I rented a unit in the Crest for just over a year and had a very positive experience throughout. The staff was helpful and friendly, with prompt email communication whenever needed. The storage unit was clean and waterproof and my things were kept sound and safe. Very easy 24hrs access. Many thanks to the folks from the Crest! Highly recommended storage solution.

It was a delight to deal with the ladies at Crest, Stirling. They were cheerful, courteous, and helpful if I had a question or needed assistance in any way.

as mentioned I don't have a bad word to say and can't praise them all enough 🙌 so if looking for storage facilities in the stirling area I'd definitely recommend here 😀

Easy access, all good

Helpful friendly staff, very clean units kept at a good temperature. After several months in storage my furniture came out of storage with not even a spec of dust on them.

Access very easy with plenty of trolleys available.

The service is quick responding and fast to set up an account and a storage unit. Theyre good at explaining how it works. Got a student discount as well which I didnt know of. Storage units have great space and are most affordable in Stirling

Great for when needing space for when trying to organise a house move, the 24 hour access is a bonus.

Brilliant that it’s 24hrs availability.

After quite a rough spell to get started, with my original unit being locked upon arrival, and then having to keep my belongings in a hire van over time, and thus losing my deposit and having to pay for an additional day, things did improve.
Erin was very helpful sorting out the original issues, and upon giving notice and moving out, Leah was superb.
Would I recommend? Yes, the actual storage and access was top drawer, but the original issues take the star away
