Cremur Tralee decommissioned our boiler stove and fitted a free standing multi fuel stove.
From start to finish the job was seamless. The guys were very professional and a pleasure to have in our home.
Would highly recommend Cremur and am going to use them for a bathroom refit.

We had our heating, bathroom, and stove fitted by Cremur over the last month, and we kept going back to them because of the quality of the work, from the design phase to the execution, and I would very highly recommend them to anyone getting work done on their home. All the staff were incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and the quality of the work done was top class. Communication was easy and quick, and any queries were dealt with on the spot. We have two small children and all the workers were incredibly kind to them while also trying to give us as much space as they could, being very respectful of naptimes and creating as little disruption as possible! They also cleaned up well after themselves and left everything finished to a very high spec. Costs were reasonable and I would very happily go back to them for anything else we need in the future. They were punctual, professional, and lovely to deal with. Thank you so much to Pat, Nessan, Noreen, Chris, Philip, both Jasons, both Alans, Aaron, Eoin, Igor, Alice, and everyone else I left out from the team.

Installed an electric fire, was so impressed that I hired them to renovated my bathroom! They took care of everything - plumbing, tiles etc.

Had an inset stove put into our house recently. The advice I got from Cremur staff in the Tralee shop was really helpful and making the choice of stove I wanted / needed was easier with this help and advice. The installation team were very friendly and the house was left as tidy as possible. Would happily recommend Cremur to anyone.

Was recommended this Company by a friend and I have to say I am so impressed. There showroom is very impressive. Went to buy an electric fire and ended up getting a feature wall and a new bathroom!
They are no way pushy and don't make a hard sale.

had new boiler, stove , 2 showers installed and zoned heating, which was not a cheap job. (12mts later) Rang to advise the upstairs heating was not coming on, and explained what was showing on the main unit, told me call out was €80.00 to check what was wrong Service man called, removed batteries from thermostat and replaced with new batteries. the most expensive batteries i have ever purchase. Cremurs could have advised that batteries needed replacing, I didn't know thermostats ran on batteries. thought it was very bad customer service after paying them in the region of €11k

Cremur installed a stove in my home which I'm very happy with. Excellent staff and a very high quality of work, which has been my experience for several jobs Cremur have done for me to date, which includes a new bathroom, boiler and various other plumbing work.
