Our services include annual heat pump servicing, fault diagnosis, system optimisation, underfloor heating balancing, water chemistry testing and correction, expansion vessel testing, filtration checks, and thermal imaging surveys. We place particular emphasis on water quality, flow rates, and control settings, as these are critical factors in heat pump efficiency and lifespan but are often overlooked. WiseHeat.ie works across a wide range of manufacturers and system types, including air-to-water and split systems. We are F-Gas certified and operate in line with Irish and EU regulations and manufacturer best practice. Amazing customer service!!!

My mam had issues with her air-to-water system and found Wiseheat online. From our very first interaction, we knew we were in excellent hands. Tom explained everything clearly and, despite being fully booked for weeks, he made time to schedule an emergency visit to assess the situation. He was on time for both visits and somehow made absolutely no mess whatsoever, very impressive!

The issue was resolved on the second visit, and I honestly cannot recommend Tom highly enough. His customer service and level of care are absolutely fantastic plus he is genuinely a lovely person! I will definitely be using Wiseheat for my own house, and will recommend it to everyone!

Execeptional service

It’s very obvious from talking to Tom that he has years of experience in industry and his combined knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and IT makes him the ideal heating maintenance technician. You are essentially getting an industrial service on your home heating system with a report output. It’s not just his expertise that make Tom worth contacting, he is genuinely a down to earth good person and his after service is priceless, happy to respond promptly to any of the queries I’ve had relating to my heating system. I met his female apprentice and she will be a valuable addition to the team. A welcome addition to any females living on their own who may need their heating system serviced. Exceptional service from start to finish.

Heating System Survey

HeatWise was recommended to me when I was in the process of purchasing a second hand house. I needed expertise to survey the heating system for possible faults and assess the wear and tear. Within a few days they called to the house and carried out a full survey. The report was very professional and included great detail. The team were professional and courteous. Their pricing was very reasonable too. Truly a 5 star experience.

Fantastic from start to finish

Fantastic from start to finish. We hired Tom for our annual heat pump service. Booking was simple. We just fired him an email and he returned to us instantly to confirm a slot.

Payment was made prior to visit although there was an option to pay on the day with cash also.

The service was done thoroughly and took approximately 2 hours. He also tweaked our settings to ensure the best efficiency from our pump going forward.

On top of this, Tom is a super friendly guy and I would highly recommend him to any future potential client.
