You had Sydney Australia available for my server, but put me on Auckland. Sydney is also not an option to transfer, now customer support is ignoring me. Extremely poor business, enjoy the next 2 months, make every day count.

Sydney was selected on order, but as the page explains, if a location is full at the time of deployment, the system automatically uses the next closest with space. In this case, Auckland.
If Sydney becomes available again, you can migrate across from the panel. It's completely free and takes just a few clicks. No need to start over or lose any data.
There's also a refund option available directly from the support menu in the panel. No need to contact us or wait, it's instant.
Your ticket came in during the shift handover between our AU and UK staff, so there was a delay in it being seen. We responded as soon as it was picked up.

“Random server closing” is a bit of a mystery boss without clues. We did have a blip for a small group in Los Angeles right after a hardware upgrade a few days ago; beyond that, there have been no outages on our side for the last few months.
Help us speedrun the fix; pop a ticket in with:
server name + region
when it happened (rough time is fine)
what you saw (closed, restart, timeouts)
We’ll dig the logs, bonk the gremlin, and get you smooth again.

Excellent and simple hosting site. This is my first time hosting a server, so a simple tutorial/step-by-step setup would have been helpful and what was missing for the 5 stars.

Vintage Story server. Overloaded and confusing setup.
The setup of the Vintage Story server was relativley simple, but the world customization options did not acuratley reflect the settings in the games menu, often making options like ocean coverage confusing and making me have to skip them all together.
When first buying the server i had used the spider option because it was the highest available option on the initial screen, but thought 3GB of RAM was too little. Once i got the server set up, it was overloaded before anyone was even in the server, constantly throwing 3000ms, so i upgraded to Blaze, which i believe is 8GB of RAM, and it still occasionally throws random 500ms overloads for up to 20-30 seconds at a time.
Otherwise the service has been ok.

Our Vintage Story world-gen dialog is new. A few labels don’t yet line up with the in-game menu. That’s on us. We’ll tighten the wording so options like ocean coverage are clear.
On the performance note, it’s hard to say without looking. We haven’t seen a support ticket from you. If you open one from the panel or via our Discord live support system, we’ll check your logs, settings and mod list and help get rid of the spikes. There is never any extra charge for that.
For anyone reading, upgrades are pro-rated. It doesn’t cost more to start small and scale if you need it.

I was attempting to find a server host for a game called vintage story and was referred to creeper host. I am very new to dealing with setting up servers, and in my fumbling with the settings and versions of the game there was an error that occurred. I was unable to start the server and became frustrated. I then messaged their support team, i received a fast reply and kind staff member who very quickly solved my issue, even after solving my issue and getting the server running again, they waited until i replied saying i was happy with how the server was setup and running before closing the ticket very nice and professional. While I may be new to this space and form of business interaction i believe they were very helpful, quick, thorough and professional. If myself or others need servers for other games I will be referring them to creeper host.

It was easy to set up de server, but I think that its a little expensive. I order the 24 usd pack for 4 players but I still had a lag spikes sometimes. I would like and opción to add only more ram, not ssd or anything else

Just to clear things up, our pricing is all about RAM memory. If you want more RAM without anything else, the price stays the same. We split our hardware based on memory, so everyone gets a fair share of power
We are usually cheaper than other hosts who charge extra for less, and our support crew have built a bunch of custom tools to keep things running smooth. If those lag spikes ever come back, just give us a shout and we will work our magic

This could be the best hosting company ever
To be honest this is the first hosting site over several over the course of several years and that actually provides timely and effective support and a friendly way that doesn't make it a slog or effectively pointless to even bother asking for help. I don't usually say this but I would actually seriously consider being a cheerleader for this company it's hosting services and any other services may offer I might even move several of my other game servers over if this continues to be the case.

This is some of the best customer service I have ever experienced, Matthew G. and Paul T. were quick to respond to my concerns and get everything updated quickly so that my gaming group could play Saleblazers. They even went so far as to deploy the latest dedicated server option for the game, without even blinking an eye. Now my friends and I can enjoy playing, without the hassle of hosting everything myself. Thank you both for your support, it was Fantastic!
