One of the very best companies I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Extremely professional with a superlative range of quality products.

No idea when the order will arrive
No idea when the order will arrive. After checking the postage confirmation I noticed that this is being sent from Torino, Italy. I would not have placed the order had I been aware of the distance.

Hello Alex,
We're sorry to hear about your concerns.
You should have received a tracking link from the carrier upon dispatch to keep you updated on your order's journey. It’s also noted on our website that we are based in Italy, but rest assured, our shipping typically takes just a few working days—even to the UK.
If you need any assistance, feel free to reach out to us directly!
Best regards,
Creative-Cables Customer Care

They must send deliveries on foot!
Ordered first thing Monday and by Thursday afternoon still not even dispatched and no explanation. Tried to call but no one picks up. Live chat doesn't work either. Bought from these for years and service used to be 100 times better. Seemingly charging more than ever for products but profits certainly not being put back into customer services I can assure you of that. Last order I will ever place unfortunately!

Dear Jake,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I'm really sorry to hear about your experience and I completely understand your frustration.
I would like to clarify that your order was indeed dispatched within 24 hours. As specified on our website, the delivery time is 5-8 working days. I apologise if this was not clear or if you had different expectations regarding the delivery time.
I'm concerned to hear about the issues you've faced trying to reach our customer service team - that’s not the level of service we strive to provide.
We value the years of support you have given us and are committed to making things right. If there is anything we can do to assist you while you wait for your order, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at info.uk@creative-cables.com.
We are working diligently to ensure our service meets the high standards that both you and we expect, and I would love the opportunity to regain your trust in our brand.

Fairly unique product, quite expensive for small light alloy parts, but the result looked lovely.

Well the order hasn't arrived yet..
Well the order hasn't arrived yet (9 days after I placed it) - so asking for a review already seems a bit premature, but on service received so far I have to say it's been pretty poor.
