Products aren't shipped from the UK so…
Products aren't shipped from the UK so there is a longer delivery window than you might expect. Nevertheless, updates are consistent throughout the process and having made several orders, I've always received them within 2 weeks. Goods are very well packaged and a reliable courier used once landed in this country.

Hi there,
Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are truly happy to hear that you have been satisfied with both our products and our service across your different orders.
Using our Mosaic B2B site, your orders follow a slightly different logistics schedule compared to orders placed through our Creative-Cables B2C webshop, where dispatch usually takes place within 2–3 working days. Nevertheless, we are very pleased to know that you found our communication clear and consistent throughout the process and that your orders always arrived safely and well packaged.
Your continued trust and support mean a lot to us. Thank you again for choosing Creative-Cables and Mosaic for your projects!
Best regards,
Creative-Cables
Long and mixed delivery periods, look elsewhere in UK
I ordered two lampshades on 29th March and am yet to receive the items. I appreciate the items are shipped from Italy however delivery seems to be painful. Also would advise the company to switch from FedEx as they unfortunately let this company down with unreliable delivery scheduling. Twice they have advised the items are out for delivery and both times they have failed to do so - still awaiting delivery 10 days after order confirmation for lampshades. Not good.

Hi Emma,
Thank you for your review, and we're sorry to hear about your experience.
We see that your order was shipped within one working day after being placed on 29th March. Following this, the delivery was unfortunately delayed due to the recipient being unavailable at the time of delivery, as indicated by the carrier.
If you're unable to accept the package or would prefer an alternative delivery address, please feel free to contact our customer support team via the contact form on our website. We'll be happy to liaise with the carrier and assist you further.
Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to resolve this for you as soon as possible.
Kind regards,
Creative Cables Team

Dear TC,
Thank you for leaving a review! We are sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with the service.
We have carefully checked our customer support mailbox and, unfortunately, we do not have any message on record regarding Order ID CA19109. We would like to clarify that our order confirmation emails are sent from a no-reply address, and replies to those messages are not delivered to our support team.
For this reason, we always advise customers to contact us exclusively through the official contact details provided on our website, which ensure that inquiries are correctly received and handled by our team.
We would also like to note, as specified in our Terms of Use, that order cancellations after payment are not guaranteed, as orders may enter preparation very quickly once confirmed.
We are sorry for the experienced inconvenience.
Kind regards,
Creative Cables Customer Support

Great lights, quick delivery
We like the lighting we received - when we asked about a discount on our order we were told just to check the website regularly. The lights we wanted weren’t ever discounted so we placed the order. We paid full price which is frustrating as soon after there was a flash sale.
For the next order our timing was better and we got the sale price. The quality of the fittings is great - but what we really like is the bulbs (porcelain finish) which look so lovely and the clarity of light they provide. Really happy with the service and quick delivery.

Hello Chris,
Thank you very much for your positive review and for sharing your honest feedback about your experience with our service. We are pleased to hear that you are happy with the lighting you received.
We would like to clarify that we don't have the possibility to provide specific dates for upcoming flash sales or future promotional calendars. For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to inform customers in advance about specific campaigns. The only advice we can provide in these cases is to regularly check our website for active promotions.
At present, the only guaranteed discount we can offer is the one available by subscribing to our newsletter. We are sorry to hear that you were unable to benefit from a promotion on your specific items and understand how this may have felt frustrating in hindsight.
We truly appreciate your understanding, your kind words about our products, and your overall positive evaluation of Creative Cables.
Kind regards,

Not UK based
The product is fine, but I'll be honest I hadn't realised the item would be shipped from Italy or I'd have purchased elsewhere. Perhaps I should have looked harder, but I think it's a bit misleading the company/website is Creative Cables UK

Very disapointed.
VERY disappointed.
The website quotes 2-3 days delivery, but 1 week later and our delivery hasn't arrived.
There was no communication that it would be delayed, which means we will leave for a photoshoot in France without the lighting for our project.
I would not recommend, and won't be ordering again.

Poor packing resulted in twisted cable
A decent product but the cable was packed poorly and is twisted and no matter the tension it remains twisted and looks bad. Disappointed in how the installation looks.
