Excellent products quick delivery so pleased

The purchasing & delivery was absolutely fine. The cabinet is as expected
However, it is clear it was never meant to be floating.
I had to buy the shield anchors / rawlbolts from screwfix because out of the 20 odd provided only 2
.. yes 2... were fit for purpose. They crumbled on use... getting stuck on the wall causing a huge issue to remove.
AND there's a huge gap at the back, between the wall and the cabinet, because the size of the bolt was not accounted for in the design.
Which also meant that the prefilled holes are misaligned for the brackets.

Really , really poor

Very nice furniture item. Great quality and design. Arrived well packaged, and needed little assembly, only the legs needed attaching. Very pleased with it.

I have never dealt with a business so accommodating, helpful, understanding and great customer care, the team have gone far and beyond, could not have asked for any more.

I’m absolutely delighted with my sideboard from Create Furniture Online! The quality exceeded my expectations – it’s sturdy, beautifully made, and looks even better in person than it did on the website. It has completely transformed my space, adding a stylish and modern touch while providing plenty of practical storage.

The ordering process was straightforward, delivery was smooth, and the item arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. Assembly was simple, and every detail feels premium.

If you’re looking for furniture that combines excellent craftsmanship, beautiful design, and great value for money, I would highly recommend Create Furniture Online. I’ll definitely be shopping with them again! Delivery was smooth within the timeframe they mentioned on email also.

Kept us informed when the delivery would be due and delivered on time. The TV stand, dining table and side table are all stunning and well made.

Quick delivery, incredible furniture and packaged extremely well.

Would definitely use this company again

Product is OK as expected delivery was a little strange just drop you a large box you do the rest! I suppose that’s what you get for buying off the internet!
Thanks for the reply so all my fault!
Maybe you could train the drivers to be a little more customer orientated they brought the box in put it were we asked took photographs and left without a word the front of the cabinet was facing the wall making it difficult to get in place and the doors needed to be adjusted as they hit each other when opening! So as I’ve already said that’s what you get for buy from the internet a faceless and completely uninterested seller!!

Great coffee table, beautiful, and service and expected.

Bought a floating wall mounted unit from Creative Furniture and initially their customer services were excellent when answering queries.
Unfortunately, when I discovered screws were too short to reach the inserts when fitting the unit to the bracket. I sent an email which has been totally ignored along with another question about a coffee table I also wanted to buy as it matched the other unit. Really disappointing

Furniture as described, beautiful design and craftsmanship, well wrapped and delivered in time . Customer service to manage delivery and infos were professional and prompt to assist. To be recommended.

Stunning piece
