Carte de crédit, problème
A la prise en charge de la voiture, il faut absolument la carte de crédit au même nom, que la réservation de location de la voiture.
Si vous présenter une carte de crédit avec un autre nom ou carte de débit, il vous coûtera la formule franchise 0€ au prix de 60€/jour.
Donc pour 10 jours de location, nous avons du ajouter 600euro, plus 270€ de réservation.
Inscrit dans les conditions de crc en tout petit!!

Informamos que os nossos termos e condições estão claramente identificados nas plataformas de reservas dos nossos parceiros antes de prosseguir com a reserva e, depois, enviados para o email do condutor principal sob a forma de voucher de confirmação de reserva.
No entanto, por vezes não é dada a devida atenção a estes requisitos.
Recomendamos que todos os nossos clientes leiam atentamente aquele documento por forma a evitar despesas imprevistas pelo não cumprimento dos requisitos obrigatório para levantamento da viatura.

Beware of this company
Beware of this company. On the face of it they look professional but when I returned the car they managed to find a tiny scratch on a wheel rim - he couldn’t find it again to show me as it was so small. They have charged me €250 plus tax for the repair.
It’s a scam.

Doppelte Kosten
Ich muss mich den vorgängigen Bewertungen leider anschliessen. Wir haben zum Schluss mehr als das Doppelt für das Mietauto bezahlt. Uns wurden zusätzlich Kosten verrechnet obwohl wir bei der Abholung mehrmals gesagt haben, wir wollen das nicht bezahlen. Der Verkäufer hätte uns ohne Unterschrift das Mietauto nicht ausgehändigt.
Kosten für Anmietung ausserhalb der Öffnungszeiten ( wir konnten die Zeit aber gar nicht auswählen)
Kosten für Versicherung damit die Kaution weniger wird ( haben wir ganz klar abgelehnt, wollten wir nicht)
Kosten für Maut ( ist bei anderen Anbietern automatisch mit dabei )
Und ja durch die Unterschrift kommen sie einfach damit durch. Nie mehr CRC!!

It should also be important to mention that, although the pick up time included in the booking was outside our opening hours, a representative was at our premises to ensure your booking and provide you with the car.
As a clarification, we would also like to inform you that the pick-up and return hours are always subject to change by the customers, although all platforms normally present a standard time.

Rented through airline
Rented through airline, paid for full coverage. Upon arrival was suprised by a very arrogant lady that informed the insurance was not theirs and I had to leave 2100€ of warranty not stated in the information I was given. Could not get the car I paid for. May 1st at 10 PM

No information was sent regarding this beyond "Valid credit card in the name of the driver."
Your service at the counter was arrogant, not nice at all and I felt ripped off and laughed at my face. Young girl named Vitoria. The person that "took care" of me was happy to state that the full insurance I made and paid through the airline was not yours and therefore my problem. I felt like the client was your company and not me. Stranded at 11PM in the middle of nowhere. Shameful.
Never again.
