Purchased an item 2 week’s ago, was under the impression was in Australia but apparently coming from China! Tracking number not recognised and the link they sent to Track 17 still no valid tracking number.. calls and emails and same thing.. it’s in transit! BS! Wish I had of read reviews before I ordered. Crap company and if not here by apparently 16th then I can question them again
Customer service nil

Not certain about their products but Customer Service does not exist - they invite questions on products before purchase but several e mail request on the "External Universal CD car player using USB" has brought a NIL response. They have lost another customer.

Have bought many things from crazy sales and never had a problem. I can’t believe all the negative reviews.

WHAT A RIPOFF!! BOUGHT A HOMASA MASSAGE CHAIR...$2500 WORTH.. HAD A NON EVENTFUL RUN FOR 12 MONTHS THEN STARTED TO HAVE ISSUES WITH FUNCTIONS AND PROGRAMS. AFTER 12 EMAILS BACK AND FORWARDS, CRAZY SALES ONLINE SERVICE AGENT FINALLY ADMITTED THAT THERE ARE NONE, THEREFORE PEOPLE THERE IS NO SERVICE AGENT THEREFORE NO WARRANTY! NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Hunter Express delivery driver's van (plate no 843 2VJ) was so heavily loaded it bottomed out and damaged our driveway. We ordered a flat-pack TV stand. Before ordering we contacted the site and had a live chat in which we asked one question to decide if we should buy it. The CrazySales chatter lied but we didn't figure that out until the package arrived. Instructions were vague in some places and it took us several hours to put the stand together. During the process we discovered some of the holes were drilled in the wrong places and we had to make several tricky modifications. The supplied screwdriver did not fit the screws. The boards did not join up properly. The two drawers are mis-aligned and wobbly. The worst thing is that two of the front panels have big obvious scratches. We noticed this as we were unpacking the box but did not want the time and expense of packing the stand and shipping it back. Altogether an awful experience and we won't ever buy from CrazySales again.

Bought a leather chair on 31/3/24. Arrived with defects. Staining, small holes. Contacted Crazysales immediately, provided pictures as proof. Requested refund and return chair to company. Customer service has continually ' stonewalled' me. Delay after delay . Offered me $53 to keep it. Then $200. Price was $479. Unfortunately, I read the reviews of this company after I ran into this problem. I will continue to fight for what's fair, including legal action. Will also make it a priority to share this experience on Social media. Hopefully, it will discourage enough people to make Crazysales take notice of their bad business practices and lift their game.

I bought a Sandisk SD card from them, thinking it was the real deal. But when it arrived, it turned out to be a fake.

I reached out to Crazy Sales right away, asking for a refund. But instead of sorting it out quickly, they said it would take 3-5 days to investigate. This isn’t good enough, especially when they’re selling fake stuff.

To make things worse, they advertised this fake SD card as the top item on Google. That’s not just misleading; it’s hurting honest sellers.

I’ve reported Crazy Sales to Consumer Affairs and contacted Sandisk directly about this. Be careful if you’re thinking of buying from Crazy Sales. Always double-check what you’re getting.

In my book, Crazy Sales has lost my trust. Make sure you don’t fall into the same trap.

Ordered a range Hood. They gave it to Global Express to deliver. Global Express do not deliver they drop off at an adress convenient to them They dont inform the location to the purchaser. In my case they dropped of to a petrol station 20 km away. I found out when a worker there told me. I paid for delivery to my address. I contacted Global Express and on their web said the product had been picked up and returned to sender. No voice contact.Crazy Sales have now been contacted over 10 times and the general response has been a mirror (ie They'll look into it).Now in its 7th week of no product no refund.
Global Express CEO is the ex CEO of Australia post, she of the Gold Watch saga. That company is a total disgrace, attitude, service, response, reliability.

Scam the second I paid for a product the site then said it didn’t have the product but after it took my money. Still waiting for it back

I order a drawer from them and on their website they state that it will arrive in 1-3 days. it has now been 7 days and I still haven't received my entire order. instead, they only sent me one out of 2 boxes. To make things worst, when I called the delivery company, they said that they didn't receive the second box yet. Their customer service is also terrible. waited over 30 mins on hold to call them, while I was number 1 in the cue, but couldn't reach them. DO NOT BUY OFF THIS WEBSITE. SAVE YOUR MONEY. WORSE WEBSITE EVER

I cannot recommend this business. They make statements on their webpage such as 30 Day change of mind returns. But when your get an item that really just is junk and contact them they make it incredibly difficult and hide behind the fine print. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. Do yourself a favor and buy from a business that backs what they say and provides decent products and customer service.

They say they ship next day but I have been waiting 5 weeks now fur a package from them. Will never use these again. It’s not even a busy season for post atm. Really poor .

Company run by scammers. Buy cheap products and sell at exaggerated rates and when you find it’s no good they won’t refund.
If you are lucky they will charge you 20 percent of purchase to take it back.
Better to just go straight to consumer affairs.
Get these scammers shutdown asap

We purchased what we thought was a Magic LG Remote control and it was not. We could not bluetooth the remote to the tv and it did not work correctly, infact we have only had it a few weeks and it feels like its going to break. I emailed and questioned whether or not it was the correct remote control and to this date I have not had a reply. Will not order from them again I feel they falsey advertised the item and there customer service does not exist

These lying theives have taken my money and now they are trying to tell me that tracking numbers don't generate until the package has been delivered!!!??? Constant lies!!!!!

There was a smoke butt in a girls doll house. Disgusting. Also, parts were missing for joining the doll house together. Crazysales refused to give me my money back.
