Crate Hire Company Anmeldelser

This is the first time we have used crates for moving home - they were a total game changer. We couldn't be any happier with the service provided by Crate Hire Company. The crates were delivered in spotless condition, communication was effortless and on pick-up the young lad couldn't have been any nicer. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

From booking to return all was very easy! Regular updates on email, friendly delivery/collection driver, good quality crates!

Very smooth and efficient service.

Very professional, delivery and collection of crates done in timely manners. Thank you

excellent service. Delivered and collected on time.
Would definitely recommend.

Great service. Prompt quotations, delivery and pick up - what more could you ask for!

Another great experience dealing with Crate Hire Company.
Lorraine and the Team are always extremely helpful as inevitably there can be last minute Changes with Deliveries and Collections.

Great customer service and quick delivery. We were also able to amend collection dates no problem.

Have used Crate Hire Company for my last three house moves.

They provided an honest and reliable service from start to finish. The driver was prompt friendly and helped stack the crates exactly where I needed them.
Lorraine at the office was happy to accept and arrange a couple of changes I requested, which was a great help.

The price was very competitive and there were no hidden charges.

Couldn't have asked for more.

We recently moved and hired a crate bundle package from Crate Hire Company. While booking, I accidentally booked two quantities. I notified their customer service, who were quick to process a refund and even a date change request. The crates were super clean, and the delivery and collection were smooth, with a helpful transportation team.

Great price and smooth delivery and collection of crates.

Very convenient and easy way to move with Crate Hire Company. I have used this company multiple times now for crates when I was moving and they're reasonably priced and save on the amount of packing material and boxes for a better sustainable option. They deliver the crates to your location of choice and collect from your location of choice as well, super easy, very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

Brilliant service from all the team. The crates were easy to book and were delivered/collected promptly. Any questions I had were answered quickly. Would use again.

Efficient, friendly service. The crates were delivered and picked up promptly

quick , efficient, good price, great communication and all in all great experience. we hired crates for a 15 person office move and it was the exact perfect amount required. some of the larger boxes weren't available so we were given extra of the other size.

when i needed to extend the hire for another week it was very quick and easy to do so.

the only negative thing Id say, the crate labels that came with the bundle would be a nice touch but the company branding takes over 60%of the label so doesn't give much space to write with.

the bubble wrap sleeves are big and protected all the monitors.

Brilliant service, both on drop off and pickup.
confirmation of pickup had not changed, competitive pricing. High quality crates and washed. Much better than competitors that i have used in the past. New guy Shaun/Sean was wonderful on delivery. Pick driver was also great.

Brilliant service fully recommend.

Such an easy service when moving House

Very friendly and efficient. The crates were great. Will definitely use again!
