Crate Hire Company Anmeldelser

Easy to navigate online. Efficient service.

Delivery guy was polite, fast and efficient. Crates in good condition

Brilliant service on delivery and collection. Crates, barrow, trolley and packaging made the job an easy one.
Totally recommend.

Fantastic service and timekeeping, communication was excellent too.

Really easy to deal with and managed to extend rental term really easily. Would definitely recommend

Crate Hire were great to deal with and even proactively reduce my hiring cost when I returned the skate. Crates are also a great eco friendly alternative- I would definitely use this service again

I have been using The Crate Hire Company for many years. They are always very helpful, professional and accommodating. The crates are always clean and available for a reasonable price. All staff members we have encountered are friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for providing our company with the support it has required over the years especially Lorraine & Toni.

Really great service - good communication, very helpful and friendly delivery driver, and the crates worked really well for my move. Moving company liked working with the crates, they stored our belongings much better than cardboard, less waste and the pick up date gave us an incentive to unpack quickly!
Thank you!

Easy and simple booking process, very reasonable rates, and exceptional service- from delivery to operations. Prompt delivery, clean crates, courteous and responsive service- with a special thanks to Toni at the main office who went the extra mile to provide a solution to my problem.

Professional friendly service. Crates arrived sparkling clean and spotless. I even requested a last minute extension and they were able to accommodate the change. Will be using Crate Hire again and have already recommended them to friends. Thank you

Very straightforward process and helpful staff available by e-mail. Only recommendation to improve is to communicate when crates will be delivered/collected in advance (even just 'delivered by 1pm' and to be collected between 1pm and 6pm)

Really great service - all went smoothly. The boxes are far sturdier than cardboard boxes which worked well for our move.. and we didn’t feel bad about all the packaging afterwards. The drop off and pick up was seamless. No issues at all. Highly recommend.

Very professional service fast and efficient and staff very helpful.

Easy service, delivered and collected on time.

Hired a 4 bedroom house crate package. Crates were delivered and collected promptly as requested. Crates themselves were excellent for packing, stacking and keeping fragile goods secure. Would highly recommend. Could not have moved without them.

Mostly great customer service, and lovely clean crates.
Easy to extend hire as needed. But delivery and pickup to/from Cambridge was expensive (price varies with location), and I never received the promised notification of time window for pickup. Fortunately I was ready when they turned up at 7:45 am.

Very quick and clear responses, easy to organise delivery & collection, very helpful when speaking on the phone. Will use again!

Extremely easy to work with. Quick, efficient and flexible on different requests.

They are the only company we go to for all our removal needs.

Highly recommended!
