Craft Hub was founded in 2019 by Isabelle and Pierre, parents of three kids in Montreal, Canada. Craft Hub is the answer of a very important question for parents: “How can we find creative and fun activities to recommend our kids to play”? Especially in a world where kids are so easily confronted with video games portals. Isabelle and Pierre thus came up with the idea to create a store that would provide games enhancing the creativity of their loved ones. While the store initially targeted kids, adults progressively became the main customers of the store as they do were looking to satisfy their quest for creativity. After all, creators have no age! Craft Hub is now present on three continents and is serving hundreds of creative seekers per day. We put our customers first and continuously create ways to please them with new products and new concepts.

3rd review as I'm still being ignored

As you'll see on my previous reviews ive contacted initially and after being asked to by the company twice!! And still no response to emails even though told it will be dealt with as a high priority.

My custom has been lost as has my partners who has bought for the past 2 years presents for me from crafthub.

Very disappointed and unhappy

Can't give no stars unfortunately. Still waiting for my goods ordered November 2025, or a refund. Company keep passing the buck stating the goods were delivered. They weren't and the company left me feeling they were implying I was a liar when in fact they are in the wrong.Just get generic replies from them. I guess customer service isn't their strong point, nor is sending the goods. They are however excellent at taking your money. Are there no equivalent of Customer Rights Acts or Trading Standards in Canada/ America or a means of investigating them. This will keep on happening.

HORRIBLE SERVICE

I cant even begin to describe how abysmal this company is with their customer service. Emailed them three seperate times with no answer. Was unable to track my package whatsoever. When my package finally did arrive the boxes were in horrible condition. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Placed an order and received no correspondence at all. Money was taking out of my account immediately but never heard a word. Contacted them through email and also through PayPal. No response.

Sehr zufrieden

So , zur Abwechslung was positives!
Ich habe das erste Mal hier bestellt , ein HdR Puzzle A2. Die Lieferung hat ein wenig gedauert aber dafür kam alles im tadellosen Zustand an!
Weiter so! Ich bestelle gern wieder.

Once again I have no response from crafthub, or puzzleup. I get more response on Trustpilot. So when this company reply on here it’s BS. As no help is given and still no order received. There should be a law stopping scammers.

I was told it would take 6 days to…

I was told it would take 6 days to receive order - it was well over a month. The new crafthub puzzles are thinner and easier to break and peel. The colors are not as vibrant. I’m not ordering from this company anymore. I complained but they ignored my email so I will ignore them.

I would give them ZERO stars if…

I would give them ZERO stars if possible! I ordered 3 diamond art kits on November 29. Got all sorts of bogus/fake tracking numbers. Still have not received my items. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company because I highly doubt I will ever receive my items. STAY AWAY from CRAFTHUB!!!!

Oktober bestelling gedaan.

Oktober bestelling gedaan.
Was voor Sinterklaas.
Na verloop van tijd gebeld en men kwam met verhaal dat adres niet volledig was.
Altijd alles met automatisch invullen dus onzin
Adres nogmaals ingevuld, men stuur weer op.
Nu nog steeds niets ontvangen.
Volgens track en tracé 8 december via DHL geleverd.
Niet dus.
Gewoon slippen die rotzooi

I WANT A REFUND!!!

I want a refund!! I placed my order on December 11, 2025. My card was charged and I received an email saying my puzzles shipped. They have not and I’ve tried to call, but I believe it’s a fake phone number. Also, the shipping tracking number isn’t working. This company is a joke!!

Do not order anything!!!

It appears that the same issues are repeated time and again. My order was placed December 2. And I believed the 3-6 days arrival window. Silly me for believing that. That's on me. These companies need to be banned from service in this country. Our trade commission needs to weed out these shell companies. They are billed as a family oriented business with real customer service. They are not. Just another money grab. Buyers beware. Do not waste your time or money. It's getting more difficult to tell these days as well. You try to do a little leg work in advance. But to no avail. They are rinse and repeat scammers.

Undelivered Order, no Customer Service Response

I placed an order on 11/15/25. It seemed to ship without an issue and on Dec 5th I got an email from Craft Hub saying my package was delivered. It was not. Looking up tracking information showed that it was delayed in transit at a local shipping facility. I replied to Craft Hub with this information, they replied telling me that my order was shipped and on its way - rest assured it will arrive soon! On Dec 9 the package was again marked as delayed and has not moved since. I've reached out to both SpeedX and CJdropshipping, who both assured me that they are looking into the issue but have actually done nothing. I've also been emailing Craft Hub almost daily, with no additional responses at all. This is a Christmas gift, there are 2 days until Christmas, and I would just like some type of acknowledgement that this has happened. If I hear nothing by Christmas, I will reach out to my credit card to report a fraudulent charge and go from there. Not sure what else I can do.

They're a complete scam! I wish I could give them a 0!

They're a complete scam! I ordered a puzzle Nov 27th, it is now Dec 22nd, and i've been trying to get in touch with their support team through email and instagram and neither has been helpful or responsive in the least. I will be fighting for a refund or disputing them because my order was apparently "shipped" but the tracking number is fake, and I have not received my puzzle at all.

This is so disappointing and absolutely rude, because it was a very nice gift idea for my newly married sister and to find out it was a scam right before Christmas when I was supposed to gift it to her is frustrating beyond measure.

I wished I would have read the reviews before I purchased from this company! Did NOT RECEIVE MY PURCHASE! Customer Service needs to having training like it’s there first day. All in All …..Company needs to CLOSE, if it’s actually a company! Suppose to have my order a week ago. DO NOT BUY, I think it’s a SCAM!!

Shipping label generated by shipper,waiting for product.

I purchased a puzzle on 12-1-25. The site says it ships from their warehouse in 1-3 days. It is now 12-12-25 and the shipper states they have created a shipping label but have not received the product yet. This puzzle was for my family's annual Christmas get-away. The whole family,from my great aunt self to the grandchildren will play games,puzzles etc. This is such a disappointment!! Perhaps they should not make written promises they don't keep. Wondering now if I will ever receive the puzzle or if they are a scam as some have claimed.

LACHNUMMER Versandoption "Express" !

Wenn es eine Versandoption "Express, 5 bis 10 Werktage" gibt, dann erwarte ich auch, dass diese eingehalten wird, wenn ich schon MEHR dafür bezahle!!!
Aber nein, selbst der Standardversand war schneller.
Trotz "Express" ist das Paket nach über 15 (!!!) Werktagen noch immer nicht bei mir!
Das Allerletzte. Geld zurück für den nicht erfolgten "Express" gibt es auch nicht! Habe den Kundendienst kontaktiert, aber dort ging man mit keiner Silbe darauf ein!
Frech und unverschämt.
Ich kaufe nie wieder bei euch!
Und wenn ich mein Geld nicht zurück bekomme, dann freut sich mein Anwalt! Ich hab ne gute Rechtschutzbersicherung.

Terrible customer service

My experience with Crafthub and their delivery partner UNIEXPRESS has been one of the worst I’ve ever had.

Although the tracking claimed that my package was “delivered,” it was never delivered to the correct location. The courier placed it in a locker that does not belong to my apartment and is not even accessible or assigned to my unit in the building’s system. My building manager and I opened every locker, and the package was nowhere to be found.

Instead of acknowledging the delivery error or offering real assistance, Crafthub simply pushed the responsibility back onto me, sending generic copy-and-paste replies and insisting that I “open a theft ticket,” even though the situation clearly shows a misdelivery, not a theft.

The result:
• The package I bought as a gift is gone.
• The courier failed to deliver it to my address.
• The store showed no genuine intention to help or resolve the issue.

This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I cannot recommend Crafthub or UNIEXPRESS to anyone. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, look elsewhere.
