Helpful and polite going above the standard needed

Good communication from CP Hart and the driver, Grant was excellent. Super helpful and really kind

Grant and Ian who delivered our new bathroom are legends! Super professional and helpful. Thank you both!

From my first conversation with David Conway at CP Hart St Albans showroom, I knew I was in very professional, capable hands.
I discussed my ideas, David understood what I wanted. He gave excellent suggestions. Thanks to David I now have a beautiful bathroom.
I really felt I was a valued customer.
Communication regarding delivery times was excellent and my order arrived on time, and safely.
I highly recommend David Conway at CP Hart.

Bastien and Ian were the most helpful and friendly delivery team when they delivered some very heavy bathroom components earlier this week. We were impressed by their strength and care!

C.P. Hart is unquestionably the U.K.'s best supplier of top quality bathroom products - with service to match. We had a problem with a shower valve thermostat, some 15 years after it was installed, and Melissa Tucker in customer service left no stone unturned to resolve the issue for us. Tremendous!

I contacted CP Hart to enquire about replacement tap cartridges for our bathroom basin, which are replacing. The taps are probably 25+ years old. Although very expensive we decided to replace the taps with new (chrome pillar taps as before). Melissa and colleagues have been very helpful and attentive. I have given five stars although I question value for money for spare parts, which seem expensive.

Bastian & Ian were very helpful and jolly as they delivered my toilet. The tracking system worked well.

Great delivery service, Bastien and Ian were very friendly, helpful and efficient.

Very sorry to give a poor review. This is not about the team at CP Hart, who have been very courteous and up to a point very helpful. I recently purchased bathroom/toilet accessories like toilet roll holders, soap dishes etc. And it is with the soap dishes, that I have a real problem. Long made short. Knock the glass soap holder and it easily and quickly falls out of the metal holder. It is of course very well made and looks great. But that's not the point. I spoke to somebody (and even sent them a video). This issue was rejected by CP Hart, who claimed that the glass soap dish needed to be loose, so it could be removed. Sorry this is not correct. They obviously don't understand that there is a difference between loose and firm. Firm is good loose is bad. And since I have no desire to fit them and then a little bit down the road, they get knocked and fall and smash on the floor. They need to go back. Shame, as I would have preferred a product that was fit for purpose. BTW they were to replace rather old and sad looking Homebase holders, that were a fraction of the price, when bought 20 years ago. But the Homebase glass is held firmly in the metal loop, that forms part of the arm. If Homebase could get it right 20 years ago, I am confused why CP Hart don't understand this need 20 years on. Real shame. Looks great but form over function is not much help.

The service was great and prompt. The delivery drivers Conner.W and Peter were very friendly. Would definitely recommend 5/5 service

Bastien and Ian were super helpful and friendly when delivering to our house this morning. Amazing service

Peter, Ian & Kevin arrived today for a delivery and to collect a heavy shower screen. They were punctual, courteous and friendly and carried out the work with no fuss at all. A very pleasant delivery.

Bastien and Ian delivered part of my bathroom and were so courteous and helpful, they went above and beyond to ensure my delivery was smooth and completed. Great customer service and very kind. Thank you!

Just received my delivery today.
Peter was very kind and helpful. He went out of his way to bring the heavy parcel to the ground floor entrance area even though he wasn’t required to. Much appreciated!

My vanity unit was delivered within a couple of days of ordering and Bastian and Ian were extremely helpful with the kerbside delivery. Thanks!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Shivani Mehta, and I can confidently say she is someone you absolutely want to work with. Her service is fantastic, professional, reliable, and consistently helpful at every step. She went above and beyond to assist with everything I needed, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent service and genuine support.

I have been superbly impressed with CP Hart, particularly Jasmine Mackay, whom I dealt with when inquiring about and ordering two TOTO washlets in 2021 and now again when requiring a spare part. Excellent service, fabulous customer experience, brilliant efficiency. I couldn’t recommend higher.
