C.P. Hart  Anmeldelser

I have been superbly impressed with CP Hart, particularly Jasmine Mackay, whom I dealt with when inquiring about and ordering two TOTO washlets in 2021 and now again when requiring a spare part. Excellent service, fabulous customer experience, brilliant efficiency. I couldn’t recommend higher.

Grant the delivery driver was really helpful, polite and professional. Delivery was on time. Thank you!

Swift on time delivery by Grant
Very helpful and polite
Navigated my awkward path to get my delivery to my front door
So nice to find someone so helpful

Outstanding service, fantastic range and product quality.
Back up and communication first class as was delivery with a smile from Peter.

I purchased products from C.P. Hart Waterloo branch for two of my bathrooms and the whole experience has been excellent.
Adam in sales was very friendly, helpful, and always responsive whenever I had questions. The after-sales team (Melissa, Michelle, Kyra) were also outstanding. At one point my plumber misplaced a part for my TOTO washlet toilet seat, and C.P. Hart contacted TOTO and arranged a replacement completely free of charge.
I also had an issue with the underfloor heating where my installer accidentally damaged the cable during installation, and C.P. Hart helped liaise with the supplier quickly and efficiently to resolve the problem.
Overall, I highly recommend this company. Great products, great service, and genuinely supportive after-sales care. Five-star service all round. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Mandy Davies is just fantastic, the epitomy of a great customer service person - proactive, knowledgable, a good listener, resolving issues and making sure the customer is happy at every step, personable, down to earth - I could go on! Such an asset and ambassador for the CP Hart brand.

just got our two bathrooms done. Good company and the builders they provide are professional too.

Fantastic customer service today from Wade, friendly, helpful and professional.

Thanks again!

Peter, who delivered our equipment today, was very personable and extremely helpful.
Holly & Tony at the Guildford operation were also super efficient.

Very helpful service from Jasmine who called me back when she said she would and also moved a lot of things around to accomodate my urgent order. Thank you Jasmine for the brilliant service.

MICHAELA STEPANKOVA Was fantastic. She was extremely patient with us as we had a couple of rooms to do. She helped with endless queries and was always very happy to help. We ended up exploring loads of options but yet went back to her very first suggestion. The store is excellent, huge range of options to see in display which was super useful. It’s not cheap, but the service we received made it feel like good value.

Excellent speedy delivery by both Grant & Peter - kept me updated in the run up to the delivery and both so polite and helpful- thank you!

Victoria from technical support was amazing and so efficient in sorting out our enquiry. I can only highly recommend C.P.Hart as the team is very diligent and knowledgeable.

Very helpful service (from Melissa T.) in providing a replacement part for a 25 year old tap. Even though the order was of low value I received a quick response that resulted in the despatch of a replacement part and enabled a repair. This is the third time that a spare part has been sourced from CP Hart (junction link, shower valve and ceramic washers) and illustrates the value of buying good quality, serviceable products in the first place.

We just had a really amazing interaction with Victoria LLOYD, she was clear on what we needed, organized everything for our purchase, and made it so simple for us.

It really fell to how customer services should be. Thanks a lot, Victoria.

Bastion was extremely efficient an helpful and the delivery happened without hitch at the time we arranged. I am very glad I ordered directly from CP Hart.

Chiswick showroom designs were slightly off but they remedied the problems. The installation is in progress so I will review again once complete. So far the first fit materials seem of decent quality

I can recommend highly CP Hart at Amersham and in particular Leyton Cheyne, one of their designers, for his exceptional help and customer service.

In 2014, when this business was known as European Bathrooms, Leyton designed two bathrooms and a cloakroom for us, which the company then installed. Subsequently CP Hart acquired the European Bathrooms business.

This year we had a problem with the floor of the wet room shower in one of the bathrooms. Water had started to get underneath the tiles and several of them had lifted. We could not find anyone who had any interest in investigating or remedying this problem.

I discovered that Leyton still worked at the Amersham business so almost as a last resort we went there to see if they could help us in some way. Clearly neither Leyton nor CP Hart had any obligation to help us as it was 11 years ago that the bathroom was installed, and in CP Hart's case it was by a different company. Nevertheless, Leyton put a great deal of effort into helping us. He contacted the manufacturer and their own technical people to identify the possible cause of the problem (which took some time), and then put us in touch with one of their approved installers who was able to undertake the remedial work.

I cannot thank and recommend Leyton and CP Hart highly enough. They had no obligation to help us yet still put considerable effort into doing so. CP Hart is clearly a premium business that can be relied on to support customers long after the initial design and installation has taken place.

Thanks Leyton!

Bruce & Connor truly delivered.
Polite and personable despite the rain and run up to Christmas.

Dealing with logistics on our project I have found their driver and assistant, Bastien and Grant very helpful, given plenty notice of their arrival to site, acting in a very professional manner, polite and very helpful.
