Great support
I ordered a CPAP mask, unfortunately the wrong one. The CPAPmask.eu team was very understanding, asked me to send back the masks and once received, they would send the correct ones. It was my mistake and yet they went above and beyond to help me correct it. 100% recommended!

Because the mask was same one I was given when I got my cpap machine.Great service thanks.

Affordable and worldwide shipping with no issues at the border for Singapore. Machine works perfectly. Only missed the English manual but they are online so no problem.

I needed a cable that would enable me to run my CPAP machine (S.Box) from my car cigarette lighter. So I ordered the S.Box Cigarette Cable (24VDC-5M).

To be fair it was easy to order and it arrived from Greece to England in 5 days which I was very happy about.

Unfortunately when I plugged the S.Box into my car I got an error message.

The S.Box wasn't getting enough voltage.

Like most other cars in the world, my car only delivers 12v so I was surprised the advert says it's a cigarette cable for the S.Box.

The S.Box clearly needs to have a 24v supply and going by the advert I assumed that this cable stepped up the voltage from 12v to 24v. Hence the €74 price tag.

It doesn't.

I have contacted CPAP by email and to be fair to them they have been very quick responding.

The problem I have is that when I explained the problem they told me that I needed an inverter to run the S.Box in my car.

I haven't got an inverter and now feel that I'm left with a cable that's useless which I could have bought for £10 on Amazon instead of €74. Over €90 with P&P.

I explained this to them and they agreed to refund me if I sent it back via a courier.

I said I'd send it back via Royal Mail and they said it had to be a courier and not Royal mail.

If I paid for a courier I might as well keep the cable.

So now I'm left with a cable advertised as a cigarette cable that doesn't power the machine it's designed to power.

I really wish I could give a better review as I need this cable to work but unfortunately I can't as I feel that the item wasn't as advertised.

I bought the cable because I was told by the NHS that it was the one I needed. They, like me, assumed that a product described as a "Car power adapter" on your website would work in a car. As I have already told you, I assumed that it would step the voltage up from 12v to 24v. But it doesn't, it is a simple car cigarette adapter with a 2.1mm power jack on the end. The product is not described correctly.
I informed them this afternoon and they have informed me that they will not be recommending that cable any more.
