I’m very happy with the masks covers, however my mask seal score has increased. Overall they are very good as I got dermatitis from the mask….. these have certainly improved the situation.

Dear Mrs/Mr Conlan,
Following our records, we delivered your order within 2 days, with exact product you ordered. Exactly as per our shipping policy.
The product you ordered was your choice, so it is somehow unfair to rate us with a bad score for a product you ordered.
We kindly ask you to review your score and comments
kind regards,

Bought a device at a great discount
Bought a device at a great discount. It was neatly packed and shipped perfectly. They even proactively helped with warning about customs (inter country delivery). I don’t understand the few bad reviews at all.

I had an issue with the pressure setting on an Auto CPAP M1 Mini and the user manual didn’t help solve the issue. Initially I contacted the BMC Support site but despite sending a second email received no response. I contacted the supplier of the item, CPAPmask.eu, and immediately received a comprehensive reply outlining how to resolve the issue. The issue is now resolved to my satisfaction. Excellent service.
