This is an appalling company. Product is exremely poor and they refuse to except returns . Complete scam

If it was possible to give a zero star review that would be what this NON-UK company deserves. My experience is the same as other reviews here. Wrong size shoes sent. Their mistake. Exchange for correct size impossible after many time wasting email exchanges. Same story in that they suggest I gift them to someone with matching shoe size & accept a 20% refund …or return them to China at my cost! Total con. Avoid this CHINESE company, yet another one, with deliberately misleading advertising.

I have exactly the same experience as other customers of this business. I am currently in the process of communicating with their 'Customer Services' ???????????? through their fourth email address that they have contacted me regarding my issue.
I still don't have my issue resolved.

My one saving grace is I used Paypal, who I have involved.

Cozyuk or whatever name they are using this hour, do not appear to me to be a reputable business.
I have given them 1 star as you can't give them a negative rating.

Another PRC based company with a fake UK storefront. Cheap for a reason. Poorly manufactured footwear. 'Calf skin' and suede will be vegan leather (plastic). Substandard stitching and finishing. May not be the size you ordered. Evasive and unhelpful customer services (remember customer service in China is anathema - western buyers are seen as fair game). Company address is a random residential address in a block of flats. You were warned.

I bought shoes and the size stated on the order confirmation was UK6. I received a size 36 which is equivalent to a size UK4.5. Cozy UK claim that I was sent the size I ordered and they suggested that I give the shoes to family and friends if I don't want them. The order confirmation was clear and correct, so I am disappointed and would suggest shopping elsewhere.

Same complaint as other 'customers'.
Wrong size sent although I have written confirmiton of size ordered.
Numerous emails exchanged but getting nowhere - only offers of exchanges or refunds if faulty item returned (at my expense) and no refund sent until wrong shoes returned to a very complicated address in China!

Dreadful quality and a complete waste of money. They offer you 20% back if you want to return them. It's a SCAM. Don't deal with this company.

Under no circumstances buy anything from this web site cozyuk.co.uk as in my experience the products are Rubbish and though you think you are dealing with a UK site as advertised if you do buy from this site the goods will come from a UK business address but if you want to return, they offer you 20 or 30% refund and you keep the rubbish or you pay to return to China it's a scam and if you use PayPal to pay and complain to them you don't get any were. Don't throw your money away like me and many others.

Wrong size shoes supplied. Photographic proof sent to prove their error. Evasive blocking replies ongoing for 3 weeks so far.

Delivery took 10 days despite paying £6.99 charge. Not the size I ordered and certainly not the quality as described.

Ordered some sandals from this company, online ad states sizes as UK sizes as did my order confirmation. Also paid extra for faster delivery as standard delivery was 7-14 days to arrive but still took 14 days. I had ordered UK size 5.5 and received sandals marked EU 35 which is not a UK size 5.5 more a UK size 2-3! Contacted the seller by email, was asked to send proof of this which I did. Chinese seller replied in very poor English saying basically 'tough' try giving these sandals to one of your family or friends with smaller feet and offering a 10% refund and saying not to return them which would have been difficult as they had given me no return address. Also on ordering they want you to pay 60p parcel insurance and there are options to give the workers voluntary tips. When trying to check the tracking they wanted me to pay £1 to see this which I didn't do as wasn't by this point expecting parcel to arrive, it might just as well not have, avoid at all costs!

Shocking service, item gone missing, only offering me 50% refund. Do not use this company.

This company sent the wrong size shoes size 38 instead of size 42.No info in the packet on returns.
It describes itself as Cosy UK but is in fact sent from China.

Ordered on the 6th of June until now I have not received my order. No contact number. Very dodgy

We ordered uk size 7, Rose pink shoe. The shoes arrived fine, however, they sized up small (about a 6-6.5) and the colour was much deeper, more red that the pink in the advertising. We sought to exchange them for a larger size / colour. We were told our claim was incorrect - they are accurate. They initially offered a 10% refund but we keep the shoes (to gift them to a family member). I disputed this through paypal. Bottom line, if you want a refund or exchange, you have to pay for the return .... to China!. In the end we had to settle for a 30% refund (just shoe not p&p or insurance); and donate the shoes to charity. BUYER BEWARE!!
