Well I thought after waiting nearly 4 week's for the magnet bracelet with no contact from cosyfolk I had to assume I had been scamed But no its just been delivered ,Thanku cosyfolk but do please talk to your customers without us u will not survive.

The 4 "leather" shoulder bags ordered are not leather. They took weeks to arrive and when I asked to return them I've been offered 10% refund DO NOT EVER USE THIS SITE, IT'S A CON WITH SUBSTANDARD AWFUL PRODUCTS AND LAME EXCUSES. THEY SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE WEBSITE AND I DOUBT I WILL GET MY £160 BACK - BE WARNED !!!!!!!

Got scammed by everyone else on here. This company needs to be shut down Immediately. I've never seen such false advertising. The "Gorgeous Marble Cat" head shown online (£40) arrived, and is actually an embassasingly tacky object made from balsa wood, probably painted by a child, it's worth no more than £2.50. Based on the other comments and reviews I won't even bother to try and contact them. Lesson learned.

I would advice people not to buy from this site,cozyuk as the name suggests it is in the uk,are in China, the qaulity of the clothing is terrible, cheap,and nasty.
Retuning is nigh on impossible so I donated to charity shop,£127 .00 down the drain. By the way company are actually called happy cultur qvp.

I wish I'd read these Trustpilot reviews before I ordered from this 'UK' company (or Chinese in reality) instead of the reviews on the website giving the items and service 4 and 5 stars. I ordered shoes for my husband which turned out to be too small a fit for him. Trying to execute a return and get a refund is a joke, although they did respond to my email quickly. As others have said, they told me they were the right size they'd sent according to the order (to be fair it was, but they just didn't fit!) and to gift them to someone else if they weren't any good! Further email correspondence offered me a 20% refund or a full refund if I sent them back (to China) at my own expense. I haven't done that as I don't want to be even further out of pocket! Sadly, an expensive lesson.

This is actually a Chinese company selling the same goods (i bought a supposedly leather hand bag which was actually plastic) under several different company names. They say they will refund on return of item which to post to China will cost £30!!! Offered me 10% back and refused to acknowledge the item had been different to what was advertised. These Chinese scammers need to be shut down.

If I could I would put -5.
Awful product not as shown or described. "Stone" turns out to be resin and the finish is worse than could be achieved by my 5 yer old grandson.
Do not touch the product from these people they are clear scammers selling crap at inflated prices.

I might be wrong about the CozyUK from my experience today the 19th of Sep 2025 l received my full refund £83:57 l had ordered two bags for me and my daughter an due to financial stress requested refund.

Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering two 'CALFSKIN LEATHER' bags. Supposed RRP £199.95, paid £39.99 each. Cheap plastic. Wouldn't get £5 each at a car boot sale. One was also damaged. Offer a refund if you send back to China at your own expense or partial refund to keep the goods. Misrepresentation. Address in China was so long, no carrier site would take it, even if you were prepared to pay the return cost. Raised with PayPal (the system makes it difficult to do this) and eventually reimbursed. Just surprised PayPal are still endorsing this company. BEWARE!

This is NOT a UK company. This is from CHINA. Don’t be fooled by the name “Cozy Uk” the delivery is from CHINA. I ordered a pair of size 10 shoes and a pair of linen shorts! It took two weeks and it was mailed from CHINA…. This is NOT A UK COMPANY

Seems they are fraudulently advertising goods. I ordered a supposed calfskin leather bag. It was totally plastic, cheap, shiny and cheap rubbish looking. They would not refund me the item amount AND the return postage despite explaining that they have falsely advertised the goods so they should be paying the return package. I just coudl not get them to confirm that once the packaged was received by them, that they would refund return postage. They then offered 15%, then 20% then 35% for me to keep the item and not have a full refund. This tells me that they are doing this constantly as they can afford for people to keep the item as well as giving them money back. Disgusting!

Avoid like the plague!
I bought some shoes - poor quality and did not fit. I was offered a 30% refund to keep the item, or return shipping to China at my expense. Website and branding led me to believe they were UK based - no mention of China at the point of sale. Complete scam!

Same as everyone else! My wife bought me a pair of shoes. Supposed to be size 44 but a full size too small. Cozy UK offered me 10% refund but no replacement. Waste of time and money.

Awful Chinese company posing as UK supplier. They advertised calf skin leather but supplied shoes made from synthetic material. Attempts to get refund are futile. Do not buy anything from this company.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I wish I had checked this company out on Trustpilot. Shoe size bore no relation to UK equivalent. Quality very poor. Stalling over refund - advising to gift shoes to family or friend and ofering 15% refund. Thankfully I paid with Paypal and have raised issue with them.

Absolute scam
The shoes are plastic , not a stitch of "calfskin leather" in sight. The "70% off sale today" is bogus, and the company is Chinese.

You will be put through the same bogus "returns process" where you will be asked to to return the fraudulent con goods at your expense, and then they will “inspect it immediately and refund you based on the actual situation”, or accept a 30% refund." Good luck on that

These shoe people who keep popping up advertising there shoes are all the same company/SCAMMERS they change there name every other day ask your self if the shoes are delivered from the uk warehouse why does it take 15 days delivery and why you would have to pay import tax if they are already in the country sitting in the uk warehouse, this company/SCAMMERS need to be looked at by the authorities put money on it they are not paying there dues to our country and are having a good laugh at there customers

They advertise speedy delivery for a price - but so far have failed to deliver the goods - you pay more for 3-5 day delivery vs 2 weeks. So like a mug I did pay more - 10 days later nothing has arrived - chasing emails are met with response saying thanks for you patience. I am still waiting and wonder what will arrive if indeed it ever does arrive. Not a good experience so far - and yes my fault for trusting a site that is simply working outside of established honest trading - I have cancelled the order now as I needed the shoes inside a week.
