I was very sceptical after reading reviews. after I'd ordered,I emailed them and was assured my item was being processed...and it was...they replied immediately to reassure me.Their delivery updates were excellent.Product arrived in NZ 14 days later,good product.I would deal with these guys again.Thanks Shoppaya.

If there was a minus one, l would have rated this . Ad was on Facebook. This is a scam company. Does Facebook screen those companies before putting an ad on? I ordered a face oil about a month ago. No news at all.

If I could leave a 0 rating I would. I placed an order from them back on 3/2 and have yet to recv my order! I reached out to them and they responded right away. So i thought ok this is a good thing. Now all of my requests come with a response saying they are sorry for the delay and if i could just wait they would give me a $5 credit! Im like first of all if you would note on your site that everything comes from overseas, i would have never ordered from them had i knew that. They then said if you can give it a couple of days and if nothing is recvd let them know and they will look into it. I waited and then reached out again and now they tell me ok, can you wait another week? I said no, at this point I want my full refund back!! Now what they are doing is just sending me a company generated email response saying the same thing over and over again! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A RIP OFF AND OBVIOUSLY NOT LEGIT!!!

It took me a long time to receive my parcel with no advisinig how long it would take. I received my package and it was 3rd rate to say the least. It was a heel pumice machine and it's falling apart, the plug doesn't charge. I contacted them aand I haven't heard a thing. Very disgusting and I may have been a little over the 2 weeks refund because of a impending cyclone threat to my area. I should have come here first to check reviews. Very poor customer service and I'd stay away if you're thinking of dealing with them.

How I wish I had checked Trustpilot first! Ordered an electric foot file which arrived damaged. While the product did work I was unable to charge it due to the damage that had occurred. I spent £16 and Shopaya have offered me a paltry £4. I’ve informed them I want a full refund.

This company are scammers they dont respond to emails and give incorrect tracking information apparently my parcels in America. I want a refund ,im calling police tomorrow and trading standards, The delivery company they use yodel are also scammers they work together to scam and steal customers parcels .

Ordered item from these scammers, tracked package. Said item was delivered when in fact, it never was delivered. Cannot get any response from customer service.
Don’t order anything from this merchant.

Purchased a Mobile Phone Mount in September 2025 and after 4 months the magnetic ring and arm fell off while driving. I attempted to remove it to see if it could be put back together and everything fell apart. I emailed them to advise of the issue and they replied that they will send a replacement. It has been 3 weeks and no replacement. SCAM BUSINESS AVOID AT ALL COST.

If I could give a ZERO, I would! Horrible horrible company. Do not waste your money. They reply with generic emails. No phone number to call and they shop everything from China. My stuff has been in “Jamaica” for a week. Same stupid response from them. I know better now.

I ordered a fruit knife almost 3 weeks now and haven't received yet and receive an email ses that the package won't arrive until February 28 ,WHATTTTTT the hello in the world.
There advertised the product in social media is nice but its a delusion on our part as customer.

I ordered a laundry hamper company said it was delivered but I never received. I would never order anything from them again

Ordered an electric foot file from this company and it's completely different than the one I ordered. Completely different make and style to what was advertised and not worth the money I paid for it.
Avoid this company at all cost.

The item I received wasn’t good for the doors in our house and the quality was very poor.
Below is copy of latest msg from Shoppaya, offering full refund, so far refund has not posted. Contacted customer service with question unfortunately no response. Sent another message today with note informing them that I will post nasty write up about them.

I ordered a roll of Nano double sided transparent "magic" tape. I got roll of sellotape that I can buy for 1 euro in my local shop.
I havecomplained and am waiting for a response.
I would never use this company again....complete scam.

I ordered an item from them and they sent it with counterfeit postage! Now I can’t get the item unless I pay the postage again to the post office! I had already paid the postage when I purchased the item!

I ordered the needle set that is supposed to go through layers of material! They are a load of rubbish. Very poor quality and the cotton spools were squashed and damaged. I emailed the company to ask for a returns label but they never got back to me

Ordered of Facebook from Shopaya Busaurus nicotinamide white toothpaste.......took forever to receive (from China of course), a complete SCAM, no whitening after use, full of fluoride, 3 Oz small tube and just like Aquafresh, so don't waste your time and money on these fake products from this company.

I order the rods for curtains 6 was ago n I’m still waiting. I never order nothing and I’ll never again

This company is a total scam do not order anything from them.
I just received a replacement foot file and once again it is faulty just like the first one. No reject cartridge button.
I will never order from this company again. Buyers BEWARE.
