Customer Service and website are a CHALLENGE
I bought two air purifiers directly from the company. The purifiers work fine, but there is ALWAYS an issue with their website and customer service is a waste of time. First, I was to get a discount code for registering the 1st product, didn't get a code. Called in, they gave me a code which said it was already used. A year later I bought a second purifier, and same thing, never got the discount code for registering. Now when trying to order filters, their system won't let you manage the subscriptions. So last time I had to cancel the subscription and restart one which negates the discount. And now despite the subscription saying i can "order now" it won't process the order. Instead it actually skips the next order so now I can't get the subscription discount until 2027. Customer service is no help. To top it off I also realized the date on the US subscription site is in the British format so it says that my next order is 12-9-27, but really it will show up Sept 9, 27.
