Fantastic customer service friendly and informative and ensured details were clear.
I chose this because of day 1 cover and peace of mind if your going to use an insurance policy for a reason like funeral cover to prevent loved ones not having the expense. Other companies have a one or two year wait with a few pounds cheaper monthly payment but if you want protection surely one with no waiting time is the way to go.

Scott was excellant in his understanding of what i wanted to achieve with this policy although it is high cost but what you get is the satisfaction that my children will be looked after when im gone and it will ease the financial strain on loved ones once im gone and the peace of mind is priceless

I was looking for a life Insurance with the least waiting time to be covered and came across Cover Today. I requested a call back from them and was contacted by a lovely lady name Jess. She was very friendly and helpful. She dealt with me in a professional manner and displayed excellent customer service. . She explained everything that I needed to know about the policy, which helped me to make up my mind. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I had the pleasure of speaking to Leo in the Hull office today about my Cover today insurance policy and what a great experience. He was pleasant (obviously from Hull) informative and had excellent customer service skills. He was also very personable and understanding, listened to what I wanted from the policy. Most importantly he wasn’t forcing anything on me. I never felt I had to take this policy. The most surprising thing for me was the price. I was expecting it to be quite a monthly amount given my health conditions but it wasn’t. Very happy with the price, the ongoing option to increase it or lower it if I want or need to and most importantly…instant cover !! No waiting which for me is very important. Leo, you are a star and don’t forget…we’re not telling Kev about the double accident payout lol x Thank you Cover Today
