Remove me from any and all apps, AI modeling, GenAI training and L&D and LLM test and prod repositories and Buckets and any and all test and prod data bases or Snowflake cloud and DataLakes both on and offsite (foreign and domestic) This includes any data of any types also any to train Google AI and your vendors and 3rd party partners (ASTD, Forums/DevOps teams/apps/dev and Deloitte, StateFarm, Country Financial/IFB family of cos and all Universities and API integrations all types) my data was used bit pre and post GDPR and breached by you and Equifax, Taylor Corp et. al., OSF, ISU, U of I, Heartland, and IBM, HCL,Google, ISO/Verisk, Testing, HR - and all other ET and L& D/training and SalesForce/Repositories and 3rd party users/integrators. please confirm by mail.

I had been with Country Financial for a long years to insure my car, house, and later started life insurance... all because they provide the BEST customer services such as my Rep, Darin Maddy, who definitely is one of the best agents; he's always being helpful and responsive.
I felt "guilty" to switch my auto & home insurance to Costco's in order to save me some $$ recently that had nothing to do with him; even though, he actually tried to help me lower my rates, but it was still too expensive comparing with Costco's (CONNECT). With all my respect, I would like to send him a BIG "THANK YOU!"

I have been with Country Financial for many many years. I just recently added my auto policy to the. Libby Coombs is amazing.
The only negative was my previous agent Reggie Sanchez. Very poor communication and not a team player. Highly recommend Country Financial. Stay away from Reggie Sanchez

Exceptional NOT GOOD. If the agent not making any money, they move on to another agent. Harrison Martin manager did have a child 4 weeks ago. Did not even reply. All the agents go through to the specific money manager. Same all the time. A huge letdown. Both agents are horrible. And the last one today, they were sending me another new agent. I paid my insurance all the time. Not one payment was late. Country for health insurance. Because I lived with partner for 5 years. Time and time again. At first she said don’t say you “ Smoke” and “ what medicine you use “ but then after all things change. You got to go in for panel or they will come to you. Just couple things she’s saying for customers.

Please do not use this company they will total your car truck boat whatever especially if it already fixed cause they get to pick up what's a total and they can sell that out for more than what you will ever get to see them get while you get nothing!!!!!! Horrible company I am still fighting for mine I didn't make it through hurricane helene for nothing and 21 days without power!!! Now they want to pull this right we shall see.

We have been having problems with our agent and getting a response, but we found out that she was currently ill and had no one to replace her. So this problem was taken care of in the long run. Just lack of communication from the agents company, not her fault.
Still having problems getting the insuracne covered properly though.

We had home and auto insurance with them. Rates went up literaly every year, and lowering the coverage didn't really help the cost. We eventually decided to end the house insurance policy due to the value being questionable at best. Couple weeks later we discover that policy was renewed instead of cancelled! They said they cancelled it and then charged the card anyway! We called their headquarters, and they apoligized and stated it would be cancelled immediately. Later, we get a document stating it would be cancelled next month. We called them again, and they are now stating they can't cancel the policy despite what their documant states! We're now in the processes of filing a formal complaint with a branch of the NAIC. I hope these guys get charged with fraud and lose their licenses. I'm also calling the bank and requesting a new credit card.

Melissa Huh is highly unprofessional. She quoted me for an accident I was not at fault for but it still appeared under the quote. Also she had some nerve to call me back with a quote way higher than what I currently pay. Lousy excuse of a worker. She proceeds to say “ I tried to bundle it with home” when I NEVER asked for that. Don’t trust these crooks!

Country Finance insured driver hit my car . Driver apologized and he ready to take care my lost . So I go through submitted claim to his insurance. After I submitted claim I come to know they select adjuster for my claim . But it’s almost been 5 weeks , since incident happen I my trying to reach adjuster through multiple call , email but I am fail to reach adjuster . Since incident happen I didn’t get any updates from adjuster , not even single update . I am completely unknown , what’s going on my claim .

I do not Recommend this Insurance company. They must leave from market .

We have had Country Financial for over 30 years. Our bundle included cars, home, boat, whole life insurance policies. In 1985 we were told our whole life policies would pay for themselves within 20 years with dividends. That never happened and the policies were very expensive. We decided to cash them out recently and we were told our other policies would increase because of “bundle”. What?!! They include life insurance policies in bundles? Our car insurance went up 200.00. We’re seniors, no tickets or accidents. We asked friends for recommendations and decided to go with a broker who will find best deal without sacrificing any coverage you’ve had. We dropped all policies with Country Financial. I see they have one star on many review sites. I hope to see the day they go out of business!

In 2016 a system integration with Country Retirement/Pension at Human Resources.

The transition was very quiet and I found out when I looked at the portal at AON we are forced to use that my beneficaries were INCORRECT. I have a pre-retirement death benefit and if I would have passed, it would have been terrible for my actual Beneficairies to figure out or get the funds!

Also, when I left the COUNTRY Insurance company in 2008-2009 I was there 18 years and vested. The projects for retireing early at 55 were MUCH higher and now when I talk to Country HR they say it was always a high rate of .44. This was NOT the case and the projection and factor was much LESS and monthly payout MUCH HIGHER when I left Country.

I had huge issues even getting new projection and getting into their "servicing" portal.

COUNTRY Human Resources rep and AON treated me like an idiot and like I did not even understand what pensions were and how they worked. Scripted answers.

I asked COUNTRY why my beneficiaires were pulled over WRONG and why the factor changed or was higher. No answer other than treating me like I'm a stupid old person that should not retire before age 65.

I specifically asked Human Resources to go back to 2008 and 2009 and send me what the project was then and a copy of my beneficiary designations (I was blown off at that point) . I also asked them to confirm in writing what the factor was for my Grandfathered retirement pension plan in 2008-09 and again was blown off.

This passing the buck. Ignorning retiree quesitons and getting real looks into the HISTORY of my account and others is very deceitful and tiring for those asking real quesitons.

Service and process are terrible and the scripts and treating people like they are dumb for questioning the calculations and data/pension integration with AON is wrong too.

AON has a bad reputation and now COUNTRY in my opinoin does too! Their Human Resources strategy stinks and exploits past employees!

Horrible Home Owners Insurance company. They spam call you multiple times every day even after you unsubscribe. Three call today and they just don't stop. David Hurt is the sales person and he has automated calling blasting everyone. I'll be canceling my home owners this year and switching to a company that deserves my business.
