We bought a lovely, high quality sofa. The team were helpful and quick to answer questions. We went into the shop to choose a swatch. Delivery was good and within the time frame indicated.

Beautiful green ceramic vase
Shipped & delivered on time & a value

I purchased a beautiful mirror from Cotswold Grey that I had seen online.

Great product, reasonable price, delivered quickly.

Our very favourite indie home store. Every piece we’ve bought is still with us, because they wear beautifully. This is a shop curated with heart and soul. We’ve only ever had superlative, very human customer experience (thank you Caroline!). Can’t wait to buy more pieces for the home we’re building. Thank you Cotswold Grey.

Product amazing, service amazing. what else do you need?

Only recently discovered Cotswold grey in Moreton in Marsh. A wonderful find!Love their great range of unique furniture and much much more! Difficult to find such interesting and inspiring pieces anywhere else.Very good value and all of genuine quality. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Would highly recommend Cotswold grey.

Promt processing of order, clear delivery timescale and excellent packaging of fragile items...

Great customer service and friendly deliver drivers.

My order was, taken but no info of when I would receive my rug. After 6 days I rang to check when my order would arrive. The lady who I spoke to was very helpful and professional and explained that the my order had not been processed. She explained that the weekend was very busy and she would try to get my order to me over the next few days . But still have not been given a date of delivery of my order. Feel let down with .

Quality product with excellent service

The staff were very helpful in showing various options.
We chose a beautiful sideboard in aged elm.
Delivery guys were prompt and efficient.
Would certainly use this company again.

Great products, served by lovely people. That’s what makes the business. I will be back again and again. Thank you.

Good communication re product which was no longer available. Showed me an alternative which I preferred. The light is cute and small. Gives off a soft warm glow. Not too bright but brightens a dull corner. USB charged so great to use where there’s no socket. Has a pretty bulb.

Staff were particularly helpful. I had visited shop when in the area and decided on returning home to purchase a lamp. I called the shop with a query and they were so helpful.
Only downside the delivery took a few weeks but it wasn’t time critical and the lamp is beautiful

Quick and efficient delivery. Love the lamp - I now have a pair!
