Exceptional customer service and gorgeous sofas. Shop staff and on the phone could not have been more helpful. Delivered at the exact time they said they would too!

They were so helpful, they organised the transport, the communication was excellent and Natalie was in contact all the time regarding another purchase which we are now enjoying

Arrived with one leg broken. It was really well wrapped which makes me believe it was packaged already broken. Also looks much smaller than on the photo.

The delivery date and timing was as agreed. As my product was scheduled to arrive early in the morning, my day was not disrupted. Great team from Cotswold Grey.

A true reflection of any company is not when things go right but how they deal with matters when it goes wrong. I telephoned this company with a view to purchasing a throw to check it was a pure white. The person on the phone told it it was pure white so I ordered it. The throw to most is very white but next to my white room it was just too cream to look right. The throw itself is luxurious and a very high quality and much nicer than the Paoletti throw (double the price) I had to purchase in its place. When telephoning Cotswold Grey they accepted responsibility for misadvising me and agreed to pay the postage cost for delivery and collection to return it: a minor inconvenience to me. The ease and efficiency of the resolution was exceptional. They answer their calls immediately, answer emails and even sent me the postage label for the package to be collected on a day suitable to me. Because of this I recommend this company and would use them again.

The glasses I ordered are amazing, solid and so pretty. A bit bigger than I thought but it means more wine in it!

The bowl i ordered was temporarily oit of stock but cotswold grey phoned me twice to update me on the progress of my order and the item arrived packaged extremely well and I'm very happy with the overall experience. The bowl.is beautiful. Just what I wanted

Excellent customer service, I bought a large antique bureau. The staff were very helpful, not pushy. The delivery was also very well arranged and delivery guys were exceptional. There was a great range of stock in the shop, but I am very pleased with my bureau, it's unique, it's lovely!

After two weeks of trying to make a simple purchase of a bench, we agreed to the sale, I paid for it, and then the son of the owner sold it to someone else. Simon, the owner, would not honour his sale to me. He wouldn't pick up my calls to sort it out.

This is our second order from Cotswold grey. Wonderful service as always. We are delighted with our sofa. Would thoroughly recommend.
