The wait was worth it. My sofa is gorgeous. Really pleased with the quality and the team at Cotswold Grey have been great to deal with.

Quick delivery, lovely customer service. Sofa is lovely.

Very good phone interaction with
Natalie after an address mix up . Delivery all good

I bought a beautiful full length mirror. Excellent quality and the delivery team kindly placed it in my room of chance and took away all packaging. A great experience and I would recommend Cotswold Grey to anyone who wants tasteful and unique furniture that is well priced :)

Ordered some chairs for delivery, great communication on delivery day, polite driver and very happy customers!! 🙂

The delivery chaps were super polite and helpful. Really pleased with my purchase, a little different with a lot of character!

Amazing furniture, just love it

Ordered a sofa 3 weeks ago, and when it was due to be delivered it never showed up. Customer service advised via text that someone tried to deliver but there was no answer. Trouble is I was home all day and heard no one knock, so clearly something is a miss. I appreciate some drivers are lazy, but considering how much I spent on this sofa, I expect 1) a tracking number that updates in real time (many other companies doing this now) and 2) for cotswold grey to use a better delivery service.

Really liked the fact that I could speak to someone who walked around the shop to find the items I was interested in. My queries were answered. The console table arrived speedily and safely via Cotswold Grey's own delivery team. It looked exactly like the photo on the website. I would certainly use CG again. Thank you CG

Great service - couldn't do enough to be helpful with our purchase.

Very professional and helpful service. Delighted with our purchase.

Excellent service and products. One of the best companies I’ve dealt with

Excellent quality as usual and service with a smile 😊

You had a very good sale with lots of interesting items to buy. Your staff were very busy but courteous and I was happy to purchase a few items. I called in on another day to arrange delivery and the two men were enthusiastic and helpful at drop off.

Cotswold Grey continue to be flexible and extremely understanding towards their customers post the sale of items. With a real personal touch and rapid pragmatic solutions to your issues. Once agreed there aftercare services like packing and delivery are carried out with enthusiasm to the highest standards

Thanks you

Lovely experience from all staff, very friendly.

Extremely helpful and accommodating team of people. Whilst we were in the shop, staff couldn’t have been more helpful, even though it was very busy. We followed up our in store purchase with a phone call to order 2 more garden chairs - again, smooth, helpful & efficient service. Thank you we love our purchase.

Amazing products and looks so good in my home
