I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks to the Cosy Insulations team that came out yesterday to complete the insulation work for us. We were very impressed with the crew’s professionalism and politeness. Not only did they do a fantastic job but also made sure everything was left spotless and tidy, which we truly appreciate. From the time Richie came out to see our home. His whole mannerism and professionalism was second to none. He explained in great details about the SEAI grants which we did not avail of. We saved the money and our roof is now complete. The guys that came out on the day, were very professional and did the job in no time at all. I would not have an issue recommending Cosy Insulation. Cozy Insilution completed their work very professionally and efficiently from start to finish. They took care of all the important details. The time from the initial visit to the arrival of the lad's who carried out the work was very short. The lad's was very friendly. From the moment they entered the house, they wasted no time and immediately got to work to complete the job as quickly as possible. After finishing the job, they cleaned up thoroughly, leaving a tidy mess behind.

We rang and got a quote from Cosy insulation. We decided to go with them. We rang and someone came out to put insulation in. Turns out the guy had left cosy insulation and went out on his own and never told us. Cosy insulation would not stand over it even tho the were the first point of contact.

We had freezing attic that makes our house cold , we constantly put turf on our range to keep the house warm. Then your crew came to spray insulation in our attic, they were very hard workers and very clean which I was very impressed with them.
So now the house is unbelievable warm and less turf on our range , saving turf. It made a huge difference thank God. I'm so happy and I told a lot of my friends about cossy insulation

The job was carried out on time and professionally.

I contacted Cosy through Instagram, guy came out and gave a run through of whats done, and I signed up on the day. The lads came about a month later and did the insultation no problem. About 2 weeks later a chap came to do the BER no issues.

The day after the BER guy came I got a call from Sinead in the office asking whether I received a form from the SEAI, which I hadn't. She asked whether I could chase this up for them. I said, well its not really up to me to chase it as all of the grant side of things was meant to be done by Cosy. She got really short on the phone and said "fine I will take care of it" and then hung up. Poor customer service, poor attitude.

Amazing service !! Very quick to answer phones, reply to emails & callbacks. Had a very pleasant consultation which was quick and within budget. They live up to their name as the work done was on time & extremely professional. We also received a callback to confirm that we were happy with the job and received our warranty certificate.
