Got refused to a pol mounted car charger because it needs a bit more work than a standard wall mounted because the wire needs to be run through a footpath in order to be safe for pedestrians they didn’t even bother to call me back i had to call them again to make sure my time is not wasted

We had solar installed this week. They arrived at 8am and were finished by 1pm. Everything went as planned from start to finish the service was exceptional from the first time we spoke to Josh in sales to when the job was done. Alan, Leon and there team did a flawless job. We highly recommend them.

Just had my solar panels installed. Fantastic experience from Start to finish, the install crew were excellent from the electrians to the roofer and panel installer, they are a wealth of knowledge, and leave you with no doubt they are the best at their craft. Highly recommend them for a solar installation.

We had the team from my solar install our solar panels and battery last month. Prior to contacting my solar we had been let down by another company who just simply didn’t show up. I cannot fault the team at my solar. From initial contact, they were the so professional. Arthur was excellent at the initial communication and booking / installations team were seamless. We are delighted with the team and can highly recommend Ciaran and team!

My solar made the whole process very easy to understand and what the benefits not only financial but also the environment benefits. Arron was the person that was my point of contact and he kept me informed when the work crew would arrive and what I needed todo to be ready , I cannot thank Arron enough for his help , I would also would like to really thank the work crew very professionally and no question that I had they answered it and gave me a great deal of respect.

I had five lads from my solar installation team hear on Friday . Arrived bang on eight o clock after a long drive .

Alan Liam mike and not sure of the two roofers name couldn't have being more nicer towards me and my wife .

Good chat and a joke with the lads . Munster v Leinster. Oh forgot Liam is South Africa .

Couldnt and still can't believe the lads done in such a swift time . No messing with these lads . 10/10 .

House was left excatly as the lads found it . Not a peace of cable left behind them

I would highly recommend my solar to any one .10/10 From start to finish . Couldn't have asked for any thing better .

We chose MiSolar to install our car charging system because we were so satisfied with the solar panel installation by them earlier this year. It has been installed very efficiently and in a discreet manner in keeping with the property and we are delighted. From the start when I was looking at the idea of getting some panels installed, I was guided through what I needed , I asked for extra panels and it was no issue . So sales were fantastic. The install crew arrived, one lad from Belfast , the sparky Tony and the other three arrived shortly after , very impressed at the professionalism, attention to detail, ensuring I knew what was what and settting up apps on my phone . I could not recommend the company more , pity only 5 stars allowed , a solid 10 for me .

Start to finish took 3 weeks. Every aspect of customer service was fantastic! Everyone is lovely, friendly, informative and fabulous at what they do. The whole experience was brilliant and I'd 10/10 recommend MySolar to everyone

My solar were amazing to deal with ,no pressure just a great explanation of the solar set up ,payment, servicing.Very professional and tidy when on site and had no problem answering any additional questions I had.great installation staff 10 out of 10.I will be useing them again for my battery install.

I found My Solar just so easy to work with. Everything happened when they said it would happen. Aaron really took the time to explain all our options in detail. He has made the grant process very smooth & easy to complete. The guys installing did a great job on a wet day. They cleaned up and left everything in order for Kieran the electrician who was super helpful and again really took the time to explain the system & the App to us. Kieran was very efficient & knowledgeable on the entire system. I would definitely recommend

Very happy with the installation, the guys arrived early and got to work right away. They were tidy and made sure I was happy with the work they carried out. They informed me of all the tasks they were doing and made a neat install. By lunch time I was up and running. Thank you

Sales info was excellent. Installation was quick and very clean - operating instructions very concise and uncomplicated and all is working well.

Aaron was amazing to deal with from beginning to end - always available09/05 to answer questions and explain the process. The installation team were amazing - from the electricians, roofers and solar panel installers. They were polite, efficient and tidy. Couldn't recommend My Solar enough.

Fast service, fairly priced. One year on and I have had no issues. Very happy with service, only wish I got more panels at time of install. But the system does meet my needs.
