They just thousands of part numbers that they don't have control or stock of and attempt to broker the part from legitimate distributors such as Boeing Distribution or Aircraft Spruce. We had no stock, and paypal automatically debits a card, with a regular stripe payment it will only pre authorize. This customer was upset because we did not have stock although we were able to fill the product with a backorder, he was not willing to wait and blamed us. He never spoke to us on the phone to check stock on hand.

I sent a message asking about a particular product after 9pm and surprisingly I received a response almost immediately! My order was processed and sent out the next day. Pricing was fair too. I’ll definitely use CostAero again!

Fair prices
Overall, very satisfied with my purchase experience. Component price and shipping charges were reasonable. I will absolutely purchase from CostAero again in the future. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star review is due to the fact that I assumed my parts were shipping from the Portland area, and that would have been next day for me- but the parts actually shipped from the OEM in Idaho and I had to wait an extra day.
