I purchased a Groupon for GLP-1 medication through CosmeticRx. The deal was excellent. Setting up my appointment and receiving my prescription was a breeze, and my delivery was shipped very promptly. I ran into a small issue where my Groupon was not applied and my card was charged full price, however, CosmeticRx's customer service was prompt and solved my problem swiftly. Absolute scam company. Do not order from here. Impossible to get ahold of anyone and takes months to get product if you even get it at all.

My experience thus far has been great. I've ordered from a few other online health services during my health journey and Cosmeticrx has had the best customer service of any of them. I was contacted a few hours after my initial online consultation by a real person (shout out Melissa) and had a quick introductory call that explained anything I had questions about. I haven't received my prescription yet, but feel confident that they will handle the process well. And if I have problems, I have a real person I can reach out to!

I made an order through Groupon. I had trouble at first using the code but was able to resolve it quickly and get my prescription sent.

Overall good experience. Only thing that I don't like s that the website doesn't send out notifications so when you have a message from your doctor you don't know and have to go check. Great price on products though!

I like the product..it does take my cravings away for the sweets. And I seem to get full faster. Big plus for me as I am a over eater and think about food all the time. The only problem I had was a o er charge , which they took off as soon as I let them know. All is good and I will continue to use this product!

I was concerned because I hadn’t seen any weight loss results, so I contacted customer support. Melissa explained the dosage and when I should start seeing results.

I’ve tried to cancel my subscription via email and on my dashboard. I was unsuccessful in getting this done. Cosmeticrx has not been able to bill my credit card after weekly attempts. Again I have proof requesting cancellation in November 2025.
