Easy process with quick shipping.

Previously gave a good review of this company but how things have changed. The customer service and responsiveness is poorer than ever before!

Having previously utilised for GLP1 medication and had no issues except in very busy periods due to promotional offers they were running, I started a consultation for a sleeping aid as I have always had difficulty sleeping and it was becoming overwhelming. It took 10 days to be reviewed and then several further days to receive the medication with multiple chasers needing to be sent to.

When prescribed I was advised as part of the written confirmation that I would be contacted in 30 days for follow up assessment. This did not happen. I was not aware that it had been set up as a repeating 3 month prescription and would not have thought it would be if there was a planned follow up.

I then noticed I had a pending credit charge appear. As soon as that appeared I contacted CosmeticRX to say please don’t process, I’m not taking the mediation, the follow up didn’t happen, not aware repeating etc. After multiple messages on the platform and text messages I finally got a short response 3 days later on the portal simply stating order can’t be cancelled as already sent. No mention of the fact that I contacted them before it was sent or that they failed to conduct a medical follow up as indicated on the prescription.

Really annoyed as I trusted them, have recommended them to multiple people and left 5 star reviews that were previously deserved but are no longer representative of how the business operates. From when I first started using them in August 2025 the customer service has gradually deteriorated with the responses becoming less and less informative, helpful or even customer service appropriate

So far so good, especially the customer support team. Incredibly helpful and detailed what to do, when she rattled off what sounded like a very long list of directions, cuz I could be a tiny bit dramatic, cuz of my cold. But the prescribing physicians as well, incredibly quick, considering. I’m excited to get started.

The order process was very easy. No long wait times. The same week that I ordered I was approved and medication was sent. Customer service is amazing & I am pleased to be able to finally be able to have a boost in reaching my goal weight

First, let me warn you that the positive ratings are likely coerced. When I started my venture with CosmeticRx, I had issues. They called me, promising shipment and a $50 refund of my $299 charge, BUT I had to submit a positive review first. With the guy on the phone, he claimed he could not see it and I ended up sending four positive reviews before he finally said he received it. Given my experience since then, I can’t help but believe this is their way of keeping their ratings up.

I stayed with this company for 10 months. I should have turned around that first month but I didn’t want the hassle of switching to a different company. Eight of the ten months the shipment was significantly delayed. Even Presidents Day caused a 8 day delay. The holidays? OMG. I was so frustrated (2 weeks or more).

In addition, I had taken a screen shot of the expected dosages as they were to increase each month right away, just for my own record keeping. I noticed later that the graduated dosage was changed (without notice), making the rate of increase stretch out longer. This meant that lower dosages extended beyond what was originally promised.

I am now waiting for my last prescription. It was supposed to be shipped a week ago. No tracking or anything available yet… typical!… yet they always bill me on time.

Customer service and timeliness with this company is unbelievably incompetent. Go somewhere else!

I’m on my second month using cosmeticrx for semaglutide. They have been prompt in answering questions in the message section when you log in to the website. I’ve got my meds on time so far and have no complaints.

This is my first time submitting for the weight loss shots. Im still waiting on my package to arrive. This has been something si different for me. I found out about the discount on Groupon. I am so excited to get started on my weightloss journey.

I ordered with a Groupon in March, had no issues, received my order and everything was great. Waited until the end of April, reached out on chat because I should have had a tracking number or date. They said I wasn't due until may... Mind you, this is a monthly program, so what happened to April? When I inquired they said my order processed on 4/25, mind you, no tracking number, no email, nothing. Was told on 5/8 that they were looking into it, they would respond in 24 hours... It is now 4 days later (5/12) and still no answer. I have screenshots and have sent an email, to no avail. Terrible customer service.

Terrible Customer Service dont spend your money here...they never answer i made an order on April 30th today is May 11 still waiting for a tracking number and no-one is answering on chat or via email

I connected with cosmeticrx via a Groupon for Tirzepatide, in Dec 2025.
My experience with them has been flawless and wonderful.
They answer messages quickly and effectively.
My orders have all arrived on time and still cold. I live in South Texas, so shipping is very important.
The price is fantastic too.
I'll never go anywhere else.

Ive had a great experience with Melissa from this company. I was having issues processing my order and she took the time to call me and help walk me through the process.Im not tech savvy and she was really patient with me! I got my order real fast after that.
