Je suis très déçue
Je suis très déçue, oui j’ai reçu le colis rapidement mais des frais de douanes de 26,82$ ont dû être payés à la livraison sur un achat de 64$.
J’aurais préféré le savoir lors de l’achat et c’est certain que ça revient beaucoup plus cher que si je l’avais acheté au Québec. À l’avenir, j’encouragerai les achats locaux.

En effet, tous les achats internationaux peuvent être soumis à des frais et taxes dans le pays de destination, ces frais sont donc à la charge du client.
Les autorités douanières de chaque pays sont souveraines dans leurs décisions et nous n'avons aucune influence sur les processus.
Malgré cela, les informations sont clairement et visiblement disponibles au moment du paiement en magasin. Je suis désolé que vous n'ayez pas vérifié ces informations.

My order was detained in customs…
My order was detained in customs apparently and returned. The good side is they did refund my money but i see that product is still for sale. There should be a disclaimer or they should say they can’t ship to the US.

Thank you for your comment. When you placed your order, we were shipping to the United States without any problems. However, following the implementation of new customs measures in the United States, many orders are being held in the country and not delivered. This was the case with your order, and therefore the refund was issued. At this stage, we have made the decision to temporarily suspend shipments to the United States. The product is still available on the website because we ship to other destination countries.

It is not in the US
The package was delayed like 30 days, the product is what I was looking for exactly! Thank you. But you need to put somewhere in your web that you are situated in Portugal not USA. Because I was looking for the product here in the US and you came out on the search. After paying I started searching where was it coming from because my mom meed them to take to South America and she couldn’t get them as your delay was tremendous. Got the product after she left. A pitty!

Disappointed
Item showed as in stock but when ordered could not be fulfilled due to out of stock status. After one month, was told order would be canceled. Two months later (3 months after original order) the item I no longer needed and the order I was told was canceled, shipped. A disaster from start to end.

I still have not received my order. I ordered it on August 26th and it is now October 6th and I still have not received it.

Lamentamos mucho saber que su experiencia no fue satisfactoria y entendemos su frustración.
Tan pronto como nos informó de que no había recibido su pedido, nos pusimos en contacto con usted por correo electrónico y abrimos una reclamación con nuestro operador logístico (FedEx) para investigar el caso. Finalmente, FedEx nos envió la foto de la entrega, donde se podía ver que el paquete fue dejado en el mismo edificio, pero en otra puerta. Es probable que, al no encontrarse en casa en el momento de la entrega, el repartidor lo haya dejado con un vecino.
A pesar de que esta situación escapaba a nuestro control y de que no se realizó ninguna gestión para localizar el paquete con el vecino, procedimos a reembolsarle el importe total de su compra, asumiendo nosotros la pérdida.
Lamentamos que, aun así, su percepción de nuestro servicio no haya sido positiva. Nuestro objetivo siempre es ayudar a nuestros clientes y resolver cualquier incidencia de la forma más justa y rápida posible.
