Bon produit que je connais et reçu à temps.
Malheureusement un peu trop cher

Product was very disappointing. Working very slowly and inconsistently on my sandblasted Corten sculpture. Bottle sprayers are of poor quality. Finally, insufficient import information was given by the company to US Customs so it was delayed.

Après 10 mois d'attente, de relances par mails (des dizaines et des dizaines !), de réponses automatiques très polies, et armé d'une patience de fer, j'ai enfin reçu des produits de chez Corten+ (de Tchéquie apriori) ! Très bonne nouvelle, ai-je pensé!
Je me suis donc empressé de les mettre en œuvre, et là ... CATASTROPHIQUE !!!
Le brunisseur rouille la tôle, mais ne la noircit pas...
Le vernis n'a rien d'un vernis, mais tout d'un solvent...
Un fiasco total, des produits que je n'ai même pas pu utiliser.
De plus, les étiquettes ne sont en rien conformes à la législation française et européenne (aucune information sur le produit, sur sa constitution, aucune phrase de risque, aucun pictogramme ...).
Cette entreprise mérite tout simplement d'être signalée aux services de répression des fraudes, et je tiens lesdits produits à la disposition des experts de justice.
Cette société constitue donc une arnaque organisée qui m'a tout simplement volé 100€.

J'utilise les produits corten depuis plusieurs années pour traiter des châssis vitré pour obtenir effet rouillé, très efficace je recommande

Silence radio. 15 jours après la commande, les produits ne sont jamais arrivés, le lien de suivi est HS, personne ne répond à mes emails qui d'ailleurs reviennent sans avoir trouvé leur destinataire.
Est-ce purement un faux site ?
J'attends de voir mais j'ai peu d'espoir. site à éviter absolument !!!

Une très mauvaise expérience.
A la première commande les produits s'était déversé dans le carton qui avait manifestement été malmené.
Bonne nouvelle Corten me renvoie les articles à leur frais qui arrive malheureusement dans le même état.
Je demande donc un remboursement comme le précise leurs conditions de ventes mais ne m'octroie qu'un bon d'achat de la valeur de l'achat. Or je ne souhaite plus jamais à faire à eu, j'ai donc perdu mon temps et mon argent.

Spent around $500. My products never arrived. Customer service hasn't got back to me in months. I've given up. Do not use this company

Place orders on the 9th/10th January for Rust accelerator with 3/4 days delivery. We received one order 2 weeks later and the another order 21 days late. This caused our company lots of problems as this product was needed. Customer services take forever to answer emails. They do advised money back guarantee, when I requested this was told I could have a voucher for the amount. I was very dissatisfied with this Company.

When placing my order, I accidentally entered an incorrect delivery address. Within minutes after completing the order, I contacted Corten+ by email, which appears to be the only available customer contact method.
Despite sending multiple emails immediately after the order, I received no response. Only later was I informed that the goods had already been dispatched and that changing the address was no longer possible.
Under EU consumer-protection principles, traders are expected to act in good faith, provide effective communication, and make reasonable efforts to resolve issues when notified promptly. In this case, my timely attempts to correct the address were not acknowledged or addressed.
Had there been a response within a reasonable timeframe, the issue could likely have been resolved before dispatch. The lack of timely communication prevented any corrective action.
Based on this experience, I find the level of customer service and communication below what can reasonably be expected from an EU-based online retailer.

It’s been a nightmare working with your company. I ordered my Corten+ product in December and still have not yet received it. I tried emailing the CEO and he has not responded back to me. I’ve sent many text messages. FedEx said that the product arrived damage and that they cannot send it to me. It is in Tennessee right now. This is ridiculous. No one is accountable. I simply need the product.

Pésimos productos, pésima atención al cliente. Por mi experiencia en obra son productos falsos. No solo no funcionaron sino que estropearon las chapas y pletinas en la que se aplicaron dejando una veladura blanca que no se pudo eliminar. Al reclamarlo a Corten Plus y solicitarle la devolución del importe lo único que me ofrecen es un cupón, aunque en su web anuncian devolución del dinero. Nada recomendable a no ser que queráis perder tiempo y dinero.

Been a year and a half without seeing any sealer I purchased and paid for let alone paying $600 aud for freight and been scammed. Been told so many times they are looking into freight company why I haven’t received good . Over 70 emails and still nothing other than a false promise and a lighter bank balance . Did all the correct procedures to receive a full refund by waiting a certain time and still nothing other than my bank to start filling for scammers

Mehrere Monate ohne Lieferung - keine Sendungsnummer, nur Ausreden

Ich habe im September bestellt und bis heute weder eine Lieferung noch eine funktionierende Sendungsnummer erhalten. Auf meine Anfragen reagierte der Kundenservice zwar höflich, aber ausschließlich mit unverbindlichen Textbausteinen über „interne Verzögerungen“.

Trotz mehrfacher Zusagen wurde das Paket nie an den Versanddienstleister übergeben. Ein Versandlabel existiert laut Aussagen zwar, aber vier Monate lang ist nichts passiert. Meine gesetzte Frist wurde ignoriert.

Für mich wirkt es, als sei die Ware gar nicht lieferbar. Transparenz fehlt völlig. Nachdem keinerlei Fortschritt erkennbar war, bin ich vom Kaufvertrag zurückgetreten und fordere mein Geld zurück.

Sehr enttäuschend und für mich nicht seriös. Ich kann den Shop aktuell nicht empfehlen.

We had some Corten steel raised beds installed down the side of our drive - they looked great but it seemed like they would take an age to go the classic Corten Colour. Then we found Corten+ Accelerator. It was easy to order and fairly quick to arrive. Instructions on the website were good. We rollered it on once and went to bed - nothing much seemed to happen so we did it again. WOW! this time almost immediately the colour started to come out - I think we didn't wash it sufficiently before the first application - you really need to get the grease off. Anyway, second time was the last time and we are absolutely thrilled with the result. We do have just enough to roller it again but I suspect it will do the rest itself .. really good product. Many thanks, delighted :)
